As the global energy crisis and environmental pollution become more and more prominent,pure electric vehicles,as a new energy vehicle with low energy consumption and low emission,have attracted the attention of major automobile enterprises.Coach in the process of driving,the body will be affected by a variety of complex load and impact,in the domestic automobile industry,pure electric bus body structure is mainly on the basis of the traditional energy car body structure of the structure of local adjustment,however,this design has not fundamentally solve the body is in the process of driving the bus load difference between the potential hazards.Therefore,it is necessary to design and analyze the structure of pure electric bus body.This article mainly uses the pure electric bus car body as the design analysis research object,carries on the design and the analysis to the pure electric bus body structure.First of all,according to the structural characteristics of a pure electric bus,the composition of a pure electric bus is analyzed,and the main components of the power system are explained.At the same time,based on the characteristics of each component,the performance parameters of the car are combined with the power of a pure electric bus.The battery and the drive motor are parameter matched and designed,and then the layout and structural analysis of the pure electric bus vehicle body.Secondly,based on the technical parameters of the bus,a 3d solid model of pure electric bus body is built using CATIA software.And according to the pure electric bus body structure characteristics,through the method of finite element analysis,the body in the four common under the condition of static mechanics analysis,get the vehicle body strength and stiffness and the stress distribution of each component,and then to pure electric bus body structure performance evaluating and checking,dynamic characteristics of the research was carried out on the body structure at the same time,the main body structure is studied from a number of modal analysis of natural frequency and vibration mode,understand each part of the body through the modal modes of bending stiffness and torsional rigidity.Finally,on the basis of side collision regulations,the pure electric bus body side collision analysis,application of Hypermesh software vehicle rollover collision finite element model is established for K file,and submitted to ls-dyna software to solve the calculation.Secondly,the use of post-processing software Hyperview display response index in the process of collision,the deformation of structure improvement,with strong increase reinforcing plate and the sealing plate,verified,the improved body conform to the state of pure electric bus safety production standard.
