| With the rapid development of modern automobile technology,car ownership in rising year by year,but as the number of cars increases,the incidence of traffic accidents are also increased year by year,which give people life and property safety and social stability has brought serious threat,so the study of automobile collision Ann performance,can be in the traffic accident of the life property safety of the crew to provide the most comprehensive protection,has become one of the indispensable content in the process of car development.The research object of this article is a domestic automobile manufacturers in our country is developing an electric car,through the method of finite element analysis,finite element analysis software,according to the China academy of auto test conditions,as well as the C-the specific provisions of NCAP,established the finite element model of the vehicle front 100%rigid collision,and the vehicle frontal crash simulation,according to the result of the collision,the deformation of the vehicle is optimized to improve the unreasonable parts,and to verify this optimization analysis.Firstly,ANSA software was used to clean the established 3D model of the vehicle geometrically and divide the mesh according to the assembly,and the mesh model was output in the form of K file.Then K file before the import processing software Hypermesh,and according to the BOM system for vehicle parts and material properties of giving,connect the vehicle shall be carried out in accordance with the assembly,to set rigid wall,setting of contact between the parts,control parameter setting and the set of measurement point,after complete finite element model is set up in the software to its output for K file format.Then the output finite element model is submitted to LS-DYNA software,and the frontal 100% rigid collision process is simulated and calculated,and the output result file is obtained.Simulation results and then imported into the post-processing software Hyperviw and Hypergraph,by analyzing the energy curve,quality curve to determine the reliability of the calculation results,the front longeron,through the analysis of the collision animation anticollision beam before,can suck box parts such as deformation,analysis B column acceleration curve,dash panel beating intrusion,steering column,pedal pulsation amount,left and right sides of the doorframe shape variable,battery pack shell and support key parameters such as strain to judge the vehicle collision safety.According to the results and animation display,after the front longeron period of deformation is not ideal,the crew capsule can cause bigger impact,the column on the left side of the peak acceleration of 46.5 g,B B column on the right side of the peak acceleration of 56.2 g,on both sides of the peak acceleration were higher than 45 g,goals and objectives of steering column Z,dash panel intrusion amount to beat,and battery pack shell bracket strain is slightly greater than the target value,for such analysis of substandard items need to be further optimized.Finally,in order to ensure that the performance can meet the target requirements,it is necessary to optimize the structure of the front longitudinal beam and the structure of the installation part.After analyzing the collision animation,the scheme of adding the induction groove to the rear section of the front rail was adopted,and the orthogonal experiment method was used as the optimization method to determine the position and size of the induction groove of the front rail,and the structure of some key deformation parts was improved.The optimized results show that the deformation of the rear section of the front rail is reasonable,the peak acceleration on both sides of B-pillar is less than the target specified value,the key parameters such as the intrusion of the front coam,the runout of the steering string,the strain of the battery pack and the bracket all meet the regulations,and the vehicle has a good collision safety.After the study of this paper,it can provide sufficient support for the frontal crash safety research of this model,can greatly save the subsequent research and development costs and test costs,and can provide theoretical guidance and practical application value for the subsequent research and development of this model. |
