The airborne equipment is the basic units of the aircraft,the reliability plays an important role in ensuring aircraft safety operation.Reliability assessment for airborne equipment based on the field data is more accuracy than the results based on reliability testing.However,the traditional reliability assessment method is limited in analyzing the field data.On the basis of analysis of the operation/maintenance process of the aircraft,the field data are pretreated,and the reliability assessment method is investigated from the perspective of censored data,integration engineer experience and fault process.The specific contents are as follows:Firstly,the working process and maintenance process of the aircraft is discussed,an effective reliability data extraction and consolidation method is studied based on the field failure and maintenance record,and the field data for airborne equipment has the characteristics of asynchronous and left censored is summarized.Secondly,In the case of left censored,the establish assumptions are established,the reliability research of airborne equipment is carried out by selecting the optimal life distribution,and the reliability measurement point and confidence limit are given.In the case of expert experience,the experience is converted to a priori and valuable information,the Bayes statistical inference is conducted based on the fault observation,and reliability measurement limit is given.In the case of asynchronous operation,the reliability evaluation model of airborne equipment is established based on the nonhomogeneous Poisson process from the point of view of fault process,and the reliability estimation is given.Finally,the feasibility of the reliability assessment method for airborne equipment is verified by taking electric motor pump and power transfer unit as the research object on the basis of field failure and maintenance record.
