With the rapid development of high-speed railway,the demand for vehicle equipment is constantly rising.Although the vehicle equipment are made by the various manufacturers in accordance with international standards IEC61375-1,vehicle equipment still need to be conformance testing before leaving factory to ensure the ability to achieve interoperability with other vehicle equipment.Therefore,the International Electrical Commission(IEC)proposed IEC61375-2 as international standard protocol for conformance testing of vehicle equipment.The vehicle equipment conformance testing is monopolized by foreign companies at the present stage and the institutions that is qualified to do conformance testing are still rare in our country.Because there are some drawbacks such as high cost,poor compatibility and long development cycle in foreign conformance testing system,a self-developed testing system on high-speed train is very important.Firstly,the paper introduces the fundamental concepts and related knowledge of train communication network and conformance testing.Then,on the basis of IEC61375-2,I set up a conformance testing platform to realize the automatic testing of physical layer and data link layer of multifunctional vehicle bus devices.This paper focuses on the testing platform software design and programming.The testing software adopts modularization program and consists of three components:data acquisition module,equipment status test module for data link layer test,waveform signal test for physical layer test.The complete test platform can acquire and upload the bus data,analyze data and provide the test result,automatically generate test report.The whole process can complete automatically and be under the control of the test software.Finally,the system has been applied in laboratory to test an implementation under test(IUT),and the the test result shows that the system is feasible,reliable and efficient,basically meet the design requirements.
