| Whether the power communication network can be safe and stable operated,will be directly related to the smooth operation of electricity production and the people’s daily life.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out regular inspection and maintenance work on the communication equipment.There are many problems in the traditional way of inspection such as low efficiency,easy detection and human error.In the management of the inspection work,there are also problems such as the patrol inspection not in place,inventing inspection records,and so on.It has left a great hidden danger to the stable operation of power communication.To ensure the smooth progress of the inspection work and reduce unnecessary economic losses,it is necessary to introduce intelligent inspection system in power communication equipment.In the process of building intelligent supervision system of electric power communication equipment,most of the units will complete the construction,maintenance,update and upgrade of the system by their own project team.In this case the software project management theory is critical.However,there are still many shortcomings in the process of the construction and development of the electric power communication equipment patrol system,and the application of the project management theory is less and not enough.This paper probes into the project management of intelligent inspection system of Longyan electric power communication equipment.According to the present situation of Longyan electric power communication network,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the power communication inspection system from the point of view of project management,and expounds the concrete operation mode of each stage of the software project management life cycle.Firstly,according to the characteristics of each process of Longyan electric power communication equipment intelligent inspection system project,the project is divided into several easy management parts through WBS,and the scope of the project is determined.Based on this,the project schedule is arranged in detail by working time estimation and logical relationship analysis,and the project plan is arranged using the network plan.The Gantt chart is used to monitor the progress of the project.And then do a good job of quality plan,quality assurance,quality control,the quality management process of the project is discussed in detail.In the cost management of the project,a detailed cost estimate has been developed and a cost monitoring method has been given.In the project risk management,the risk of the project is described in detail and the project risk assessment index system is established.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate it and the corresponding countermeasures are formulated to reduce the probability of risk in the process of project implementation.All in all,through the effective management of the project scope,schedule,quality,cost,and so on,this paper ensures that the project is completed in the scope,time and budget requirements.Through the project management practice and the effective combination of information technology,supervision of the project process and resource coordination,coupled with strong risk control,the project was successfully completed.Finally,the intelligent inspection system for Longyan electric power communication equipment has been successfully put into the practical application of power communication network,which fully validates the practicality and effectiveness of the research. |
