| Large-span space truss structure is commonly used in a variety of large sports venues, theaters, convention and exhibition centers, airport terminals and other important landmark buildings. Many people often gather in these buildings.Their roof structures have large span and are subjected to complex loads. It is necessary to carry out simulation analysis and in-situ monitoring of the erection process in the project construction to ensure the safety, applicability and durability. This paper took the expansion project of Fuzhou Strait International Conference and Exhibition Center as an example,to introduce the safety monitoring of the structure during installation, unloading of pylon and so on.Firstly, the significance of steel structure construction monitoring and research progress were introduced briefly.Mechanical characteristics and the construction plan of the expansion project were compared with that of the first phase project in details.Secondly, erection process of the steel truss was simulated numerically by using MIDAS/GEN software.Thirteen main construction stages were divided into according to the construction steps, such as structural components, bearing restraints and load conditions.Stress and deformation of the structural member under different working conditions were obtained by the numerical simulation.Thirdly,a monitoring system was set up in the actual erection process to collect the monitoring data such as strain and deformation in each construction stage. The safety state of the structure could be known by comparing measured data and numerical results. Finally, through the analysis of the measured value and the theoretical value of steel construction process,we can see the measured values of displacement and stress in steel structure construction process are the different to the theoretical value, but their development trend is basically the same, the structural deformation and the force can meet the design requirements, are not more than the highest alert value, determine the structure in a safe state. |
