| With the development of modern industry and science and technology,steel structures are often used as structural forms of large public buildings.From structural stress to space composition,space steel structures have their unique advantages,but their forces are very complicated,once damaged,they will cause serious economic losses and social impacts.In order to fully study the mechanical characteristics of space steel structures at various stages,health monitoring has become a hot research direction in the field of civil engineering in recent years.Mainly through the deployment of sensor monitoring system on the structure,structural health monitoring grasps the real stress state of the structure in real time,to ensure the safety of the structure,and reveal the process of structural stress changes and performance evolution law,to provide valuable information for the development of structural design methods and theoretical analysis.Based on the Harbin Station Phase II Reconstruction Project,this paper carried out a monitoring period of more than 30 days(structural construction phase)and obtained valid data in the jacking construction phase.At the same time,the monitoring data was deeply studied and analyzed combined with the finite element numerical simulation software ANSYS simulating the jacking construction process,which reveals the mechanical characteristics of this kind of structure in the jacking construction process,and provides a certain scientific basis for further research.The main contents of this paper include:The design method of the health monitoring system for the arched steel-tube truss structure in the construction stage is proposed,and the structural health monitoring system is designed for the arched steel-tube truss structure in the second phase of Harbin Station.The strain response of some structural members and temporary support systems during the jacking construction of the arched steel tubular truss structure in Harbin Station Phase II reconstruction project was measured and analyzed,and combined with ANSYS numerical simulation technology to compare different volume’s strain variation levels of the truss structure during jacking construction.And the variation characteristics of the truss structure during the jacking construction process is revealed.Based on the on-site real-time monitoring data,it provides a certain data foundation and theoretical basis for the design of the structural health monitoring system in the follow-up stage of structural operation. |
