In recent years,with the development of China’s social economy and the progress of science and technology,the large span space structure in China has been greatly developed,the application is more and more widely,the construction of national sports center,such as "Bird’s Nest" and "Water Cube",Nanjing Olympic Sports Center and other large sports buildings.In this paper,relying on the Sports Center project of Huoshan County,the structural characteristics and field construction scheme of steel tube truss roof of gymnasium and natataqua are studied.MIDAS/Gen is used to simulate and analyze the whole installation process of large steel tube truss in detail.Real-time monitoring of large steel tube truss with combined section during construction is carried out by wireless sensor technology.This paper carries out the following work on the Project of Huoshan County Sports Center:(1)According to the structural characteristics of the sports center in Huoshan County,the assembling technology combining integral lifting with temporary support and sub-unit lifting was adopted.In order to study the change of stress pattern of long-span steel tube truss roof from assembling to unloading,a practical unloading construction method of "grading by stages" was adopted.The floor of the natatorium is a long-span prestressed concrete beam and slab system,and the roof is a steel tube truss structure.During the unloading process of the roof steel truss,the influence of the roof steel truss on the stress transfer of the long-span prestressed concrete beam is monitored and analyzed in real time.(2)According to the actual situation of the construction site of The Sports center in Huoshan County,the whole process of roof structure installation is simulated and analyzed by using the finite element software MIDAS/Gen in accordance with the technical requirements of construction,to verify the feasibility and safety of the installation scheme and the unloading scheme,and provide technical support for the construction and installation of the site.(3)According to the result of numerical calculation,the detailed scheme of monitoring and measuring point layout,using wireless sensor monitoring technology in the process of construction of stress for the real-time monitoring of key components,using a leica total station in the process of unloading steel truss roof for the real-time monitoring of the vertical deformation,as well as the finite element calculation value and the measured values of field monitoring were analyzed,The rationality of the construction process of the structure is evaluated.The research results of this paper have certain reference significance for the practice of similar projects.
