With the development of the construction industry,the durability of concrete structures has become the focus of attention,a variety of due to durability problems caused by engineering accidents endless.The relative durability design is becoming more and more perfect,but the durability problem has not been solved well because of the environmental differences,the asymmetry of the professional information and the interaction between the durability factors.As the forefront of the construction industry design concept and research direction,BIM technology has effectively solved the building of the professional information sharing and coordination issues,fully applied to the design,construction,operation and management links.But as today's emerging detection and reinforcement industry,the application of BIM technology has not yet fully developed.But the great advantage of BIM technology determines that it can effectively solve the durability of concrete structures and a series of problems,and fully applied to the construction management and post-testing reinforcement.This article for the BIM technology for secondary development,focusing on the following points:(1)Based on the object-oriented technology,the durability of concrete structures is stratified according to the LOD standard,which is refined to the environmental level,material level,component level and structure level,and the main parameters affecting the durability problem Layer refinement,the durability of the various factors of the complex role clearly show;(2)The use of computer language,the BIM software for secondary development,by adding parameters in the form of LOD hierarchical results in accordance with the standard added to the durability information library.The durability calculation interface is developed,the automatic reading of the durability information database is realized,the calculation of the high-level durability information is completed,and the program is added into the Revit model to realize the further improvement of the building information model;(3)Through the computer language,the existing BIM model library secondary development,developed for the concrete bridge reinforcement family,to achieve BIM technology in the field of concrete reinforcement applications,and into the construction simulation software NAVISWORKS,the water Construction simulation,construction guidance for reinforcement.
