Influenced by the financial crisis in 2008,America and Europe have successively stepped into economic recession.With the developed economies successively getting into economic growth recession,economic growth rate in China has also slowed down.Under the increasingly internationalized sluggish economy,companies all over the world are faced with more and more uncertain factors,and market competition is getting increasingly fierce.Against this background,both the external and the internal environment of business survival have changed significantly,and companies have to their own core competitiveness by maintaining a certain status in the market develop in order to obtain competitive advantages of sustainable development.As more and more importance is attached to environmental protection,producing effective,energy-saving,low-pollution and light-weight engines has become the current development trend in order to satisfy people's needs for more reliable,comfortable,efficient,environmental-friendly,and economical power.ML Company,as an important enterprise manufacturing engines and their spare parts,in order to adapt to need of effective,energy-saving,and light-weight engines,has on the one hand,improved the technology of internal combustion engine,and on the other hand,strived to produce more parts for hybrid and power driven systems to further satisfy global demand for new energy automobile parts.This paper analyzes in detail the changing of external environment including policy,economy and culture of the whole industry which ML Company is facing to and current development situation and future forecast of vehicle business and engine spare parts industry.This paper also analyzes the internal environment of ML Company focusing on the company's financial capability,technical competence,manpower capacity,production capacity,and marketing capability.Based on the analysis,competitive advantages and weaknesses can be concluded.Through SWOT and BCG matrix analysis,this paper establishes the Company's strategic objectives,identifies Company's overall development strategy from vertical integration to hybrid integration and Company's competition strategy including product differentiation and cost control.In the end,the paper put forward detailed the corresponding supporting measures to ensure the strategic development of the company.
