Study On Planning Analysis Of Leisure Agriculture

With the rapid development of economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standard in our country, close to nature,and experience rural life become the choice of more and more urban residents.The development trend of construction of leisure agriculture garden become quickly. But, because of the planning, construction and management meet the problem of good and bad mixed together, which affected the healthy development of leisure agriculture. make the most of agriculture garden unable to healthy,sustainable operation and development.In the development of our country's leisure agriculture, Zhenjiang leisure agriculture also shows a rapid development momentum. Because of geographical location, planning and other comprehensive factors, the foundation of Zhenjiang leisure agricultural park development is weak, and they are short of sustainable development and the combination of agricultural and industry, and they cannot attract the masses of tourists relying on their advantages, and most of them reference and follow the farmhouse enjoyment pattern,limiting their healthy development. In this paper, through consulting literature, analysis and research, reference and evidence and case discussion, we did multi-level analyses of the characteristics of Zhenjiang agricultural tourism park and restricting factors, and after summarized and learned from the successful experiences of the leisure agriculture development at home and abroad, we used them into the practice of leisure agriculture in the Zheniang Newport city, and proposed that Zhenjiang leisure agriculture planning should follow the principle of the sustainable development and combination the agricultural and industry.In this paper, we first set forth the history of leisure agricultural park, and on the basis of the predecessors' researches, the concept, features and functions of leisure agricultural park were analyzed for the systematical and clear description of issues related leisure agriculture. Then determined the planning principles, specification and theory, summarized that Zhenjiang Newport should adhere to the principle of ecological priority and sustainable development, that was, making use of comprehensive development advantages of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, fishery, etc., the structure view of "point, line and face" we made the plate and regionalization integration.Secondly we analyzed the present landscape situation of new district of Zhenjiang. Finally detailed the leisure agricultural park of new district of Zhenjiang city and industrial chain features, and analyzed the construction condition system, and combined characteristic resources of leisure agricultural park with sightseeing, especially, with agriculture which was of local history and culture integrated into tourism plan throughout the year, ensuring that people can visit in the four seasons. The functions of modern agriculture were expanded from ecology, production and life to ecology, production, life, vacation and experience,extending the industrial chain and avoiding off-season and peak season phenomenon.Leisure agriculture garden can make use of science and technology research projects to achieve combination of production and research, namely, relying on agricultural science and technology demonstration, popular science education, etc., it can carry out the agricultural technology promotion, popularize agriculture consciousness, driving farmers to get rich.
