Planning Of Jiahe Leisure Agricultural Park In Chenzhou

With the improvement of people's living standards and changes in consumer attitudes,leisure agriculture has become more and more popular among people.Leisure agriculture park,one of the major types of leisure agriculture,has also been enriched and expanded.Since ancient times,China has been a large agricultural country with abundant agricultural resources.Based on the needs of the adjustment and optimization of agricultural industrial structure and the needs of national rural tourism,it is meaningful to rationally utilize agricultural resources,fully tap the potential of the site,and plan to design environmentally-friendly cultural features and geographical features.This article through the review of literature,field research,case comparisons and other methods to complete the design of Jiahe leisure agricultural park in Chenzhou,the main achievements are as follows:(1)Through on-the-spot investigation and analysis of Jiahe leisure Agriculture Park,drawing lessons from the successful experiences of relevant excellent cases,combing the concept and development status of leisure agriculture,at the guidance of Maslow's hierarchy of needs,sustainable development theory,landscape ecology theory,garden aesthetics theory and various planning and design principles,we plan the overall landscape structure of the agricultural park as "one heart,one belt,two wings,three axes,and multiple nodes".(2)According to the characteristics of the base environment and different functional requirements,the Jiahe Leisure Agricultural Park is divided into 12 functional areas,including a comprehensive reception area,a cherry blossom theme area,a health and fitness area,a leisure fishing area,a Zen health area,a farming demonstration area,and a sports area.Outdoor expansion zone,Under forest breeding area,nursery stock production area,ecological wet zone and Underforest crop area enable the park to have agricultural production,seedling production,sightseeing experience,tourism and holiday,conference reception,camping accommodation,sports and health,leisure fishing,Livestock claims and other diversified functions.(3)According to the terrain and landscape of the park,the space for activities should be properly organized to conform to the natural texture and to avoid large-scale construction projects.We must respect the existing roads in the park,organize road systems in a reasonable manner,and connect activity space spaces in order to create a beautiful rural landscape.Road materials choose local materials,using ecological technology,road scale,density,slope according to the different functional requirements and the terrain characteristics of the site corresponding design.(4)The rational use of the original site of the garden seedlings,the production of tree species combined with the ornamental tree species,give full play to the landscape value of productive plants,ensure the agricultural park's production function,the formation of a rural community features plant landscape.Mainly reflected in: the use of native fruit trees as the main tree species in the park;cherry blossom theme area selection of cherry blossoms in nurseries of agricultural parks for group planting,vegetable,wild plants as grounds;development of forest medicine model,forest grain model,forest food model,etc..(5)Efficient use of resources within the site,adaptive storage and reuse of unused warehouses,houses,and fields,coordination of the overall construction style with the rural environment,matching with the corresponding functions of the park,and reducing the impact on the natural environment.The planning of leisure agricultural parks should give full play to the landscape characteristics of crops,ensure the production functions of agricultural parks,and increase the number of ornamental plants and garden buildings to enhance landscape functions.At the same time,the landscape should be properly organized according to the objective conditions such as the environmental characteristics of the park,landforms and other objective conditions.The activity space,under the premise of respecting the rural ecological environment and traditional culture,fully taps the potential of the site,and pays attention to the joint development of the primary,secondary,and tertiary industries,so that the production and operation of the park achieves the best results of production,ecology,and life.
