In traditional Chinese culture,funeral rites are a very important component,which has evolved over thousands of years.On August 25,the ministry of civil affairs in 1992 promulgated the "interim measures for cemetery management" in the cemetery to related in this paper,the development of,namely the cemetery's development must carry on the reasonable planning and design,adjust measures to local conditions,gradually achieve the cemetery's garden,and in the cemetery in the implementation of garden greening,beautify,to pointed out the direction of the cemetery planning and design of the development of our country.But at the same time,the planning and construction of cemetery in our country is still at the start stage,has not yet formed a mature planning theory system and management system,and advocate low carbon life in the global society,economy,under the background of sustainable development,our country cemetery was due to the rapid economic and social development of resources and environment problems and the influence of such social problems as aging population,the status quo of a series of difficult problems,these problems have become the obstacles on the road of cemetery planning and construction development in our country.The planning and construction model of cemeteries urgently needs to change,and in the process of change,the park is a necessary way for the planning and construction of cemeteries in our country.Therefore,under the condition of limited land resources in China,how to make reasonable planning and layout,make our country cemetery to rapid and healthy development of the human and the nature harmonious thoughts,to create the sustainable development of cemetery landscape,is the important topic of contemporary research.In contemporary society,garden cemetery is supposed to be a beautiful environment,flowers,and a memorable,culture,education,leisure tour functions of open public green space.In this paper,based on the concept of garden as the breakthrough point,to the cemetery as the research object,using questions,theoretical research,technical research,practical research of dialectical thinking.First of all to the cemetery to relevant concepts defined,by studying the relevant theoretical basis of the construction of the concept of garden and garden cemetery,such as the influence of Chinese traditional funeral culture,ecological landscape construction related theory,behavioral psychology and urban context in terms of theory knowledge,etc.,for the study of the planning and design of this article to provide adequate theoretical basis.Secondly,in-depth analysis to understand the problem of cemetery planning and construction of the present situation,proposed the garden cemetery construction direction,etc.,and apply the concept of garden in the cemetery planning and design,garden cemetery planning and design methods of the study,the theory with practice,discussed based on the perspective of garden of huaibei SuiXi County liuqiao cemetery planning and design methods.The design of this project is a new one,and it is hoped that the design method will be developed for the development of the cemetery in our country.
