Study On The Spatial Pattern And Influencing Factors Of Public Medical Institutions In Lanzhou City

At present,China is in an important period of transition from a survival society to a developmental society.With the development of social economy,people put forward a higher demand for getting a high quality public service resources,it is an important condition for joining in social life that everyone share the power of using the public service facilities equally.It's also one of the important ways for creating a harmonious society to satisfy the basic needs of all citizens as much as possible;it's also the basic requirements of "people-oriented" scientific development view.Public service facilities are those educational,medical?cultural and commercial social infrastructure which exist in the city to supply the urban social service,they are public facilities and refers to achieve high efficiency and fairness.At the same time,urbanization and industrialization make the ecological environment deterioration?getting sick in younger age and other issues become more serious than before.It's also brings new challenges and expectations to medical and health work.Medical resource is an important part of public basic service facilities,at now,The phenomenon of unreasonable disposition of health resources ? inputs unequal distribution and inefficient using are saw easily everywhere.So,the reasonable configuration?improvement of using efficiency become the key of enjoying the medical services fairly.This article choose Lanzhou City as study area to show this city's development process and location of public medical institutions and explore the spatial characteristics of public medical institutions' location,it find out that the population distribution?area location?traffic condition and provincial capital effect impaction the distribution of medical and health resources in Lanzhou City,this paper aims to supply a reference to balance the medical and health resources' location and give some theoretical explanations and technologies for creating a good medical environment,it's also provide theory basis for the public medical institutions' layout planning in Lanzhou.(1)Lanzhou City's evolution of public medical institutions has gone through three stages: the initial stage of development,the slow development stage and rapid development stage.Aim at the current situation of public medical institutions' development,considering influence of the medical institutions?health technical personnel?hospital beds' number and medical equipment,hospital treatment and hospitalization efficiency,the primary health care institutions have big space to get improvement.(2)The grade distribution characteristics of public medical institutions in Lanzhou City,from the Chengguan District,Qilihe District,Xigu District to Anning District,the number of public medical institutions is getting less and less,in other words,The decrease trend of the number is from city to city fringe area.The trend of number changing within the level is same,from the Chengguan District,Qilihe District,Xigu District to Anning District,the number of public medical institutions is getting less and less however,in the changing of level from high to low,and the high level hospital is missing in the edge of the region.In the spatial distribution,the public medical institutions in Lanzhou City show the characteristics of "small gatherings and large dispersions",which are mainly manifested in the following three characteristics: the core density areas in the dot-like aggregation characteristics are mainly distributed in Jianlan Road?Qilihe District And the West Lake streets and so on;the characteristics of the axle gathers assume that with the distance increase from hospital to main road,the number of primary and tertiary public medical institutions become less and less,while the secondary and the fourth show the first increase after the increase;The decay characteristics of the meandering layer show that the public medical institutions distribute 72.36% of the total number in the core area and the core area,but the spatial trend does not show a significant decreasing trend but increases and decreases.The peak of the trend line appears at the core-the middle part of the edge area.(3)The distribution characteristics of public medical institutions in Lanzhou City: the distribution of general hospitals in Chengguan District accounted for 50% of the total;Xigu District accounted for only 9.6% of the total.There are six main Chinese medicine hospitals,located in Qilihe District and Chengguan District.The general hospital mainly located in the Chengguan District,set up around three-level hospital.The specialist hospital is mainly including oral,gastrointestinal,gynecological,male and plastic hospitals;its distribution is related to population density,special open to the specific population.Community health service centers are basically evenly distributed in the main urban area,and their distribution is closely related to the service population in the region.
