The market-oriented reform of the power industry has created new development opportunities for the entire power industry.But also presents new problems,such as transmission congestion problem.With the gradual opening up of demand-side,as a virtual reserve and transmission capacity resource,interruptible load draws attention in peak load and reduce congestion.As an important means of clipping offloading,interruptible load uses the electricity users' flexibility to ease the tensions of peak load.The paper proposes a new multi-objective transmission congestion management model after considering the selected target condition in different circumstances.The multi-objective model establish three goals include brand circuit overload capacity and interruptible load match,interruptible load with minimum numbers of nodes and the least amount of interruption.Compared to other selected interruptible load optimized conditions,the target model based on interruptible amount,excluding the price factors,it analyzes the interruptible load's effect in transmission congestion management.And it can effectively relieves transmission congestion.The paper combines the characteristics of the mathematical model and analyzes a variety of multi-objective optimization problem methods.It uses construct evaluation function based on the linear weighted to optimization problems to avoid other methods can not be prioritized for multi-objective problems.This method can be sorted to multi-objective optimization model and it has a good convergence in the process of solving.In this paper,IEEE-30 node system simulation,considering the normal operation of the engine power,slip three cases of accidental disconnection can be interrupted match selected,will be calculated and applied to the analysis of Oilfield grid Spark variable region.The results show that multi-objective function mathematical model presented in this paper,is better than the single goal of the comprehensive advantages;paper selected algorithm can well coordinate the relationship between the multi-target,calculate fast and reliable results.
