In recent years,with the improvement of people’s living standard,the modern society is getting bigger and bigger to the electric power demand.As the development of China’s economy is not balanced,the regional restriction on the electric power demand is becoming more and more obvious.Since the electricity reform in 2002,the development of the power market has been diversified,and the demand for the free flow of electricity of new power market is higher and higher.Therefore,the transmission congestion problem is becoming more and more serious.In the power system,the blocking is caused by various kinds of static security constraints,so that how to eliminate the congestion effectively is the key point in this thesis.As an effective power resource,the interruptible load can also be applied to the congestion management.From the demand side,we study the congestion management scheme which is based on the interruptible load management in this thesis.This thesis mainly completes the following tasks.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the domestic and international research on the congestion management through collecting a large amount of information.At present,the congestion management scheme can be divided into two parts: the long-term congestion management and the short-term congestion management.The long-term congestion management scheme is mainly to improve the network structure,mainly aiming at the construction of the power grid,and the short-term congestion management mainly adjusts generator output and the user load so as to ease the congestion.Secondly,this thesis studies the significance of the interruptible load management,and analyzes the interruptible load contract,and mainly establishes the interruptible compensation price model which considers the factors such as the advance notification time,the interruption time,the interrupt times and the interrupt intention.Thirdly,this thesis analyzes the sensitivity relation between the power flow and the generator output,and studies the calculation method of the generation shift distribution factor,generalized generation distribution factor and the power flow,and sets up a congestion management model by adjusting the generator output.Fourthly,on the basis of sensitivity analysis,this paper establishes a congestion management model,which is based on the minimum outage capacity and minimum compensation cost of the interruptible load.Fifthly,this thesis takes the IEEE-14 node system as an example,and in the matlab application environment,the branch power and sensitivity coefficient are calculated,and this thesis achieves the optimal selection of interruptible load.This thesis analyzes that the congestion management by adjusting to the output of generator can ease congestion,but there are some limitations.The congestion management based on the interruptible load can effectively relieve congestion,considering the generator self-adjustment to alleviate congestion,at the same time,it can reduce the capacity of the interruptible load,and it also can improve the enthusiasm of users to participate in congestion management,and it can effectively ameliorate the user’s habits for electricity,and it can bring about social benefits.
