In recent years,with the rapid development of air transport industry,the number of flights and airports are also increasing,the number of aircraft and various support vehicles in the airport has increased dramatically,so the security risks are also on the increase.Safety is the core content of the civil aviation,how can the safe and efficient deployment of aircraft and vehicles,the orderly,and do not influence each other,the airport surface surveillance technology has play an important role.The main contributions and innovations of this dissertation are as following:Firstly,algor1thms of surface surveillance system are researched,and factors are analyzed influencing the performance of TSOA/TDOA.Secondly,factors are analyzed influencing the optimal distribution.Simulate geometric dilution of precision(GDOP)contour maps when the distribution of location stations and the accuracy measurements are different.Obtain some valuable theoretical and experimental results.Thirdly,according to the background of the airport surface surveillance system needing multiple stations,the optimal distribution is put out that inverted triangle distribution and star distribution combined improve the positioning precision of all the airport surface surveillance system.Fourthly,the Lanzhou Zhongchuan Airport as an example,location accuracy for low-altitude targets is not well in Short-Baseline system.A program of main station off-center of eight-station arrangement is proposed based on researching the relationship between increasing the number of base stations and star-shaped layout change and improving the performance of low-altitude targeting.Simulation figures and dates show that the main station off-center of eight-station arrangement can be achieved over 95%coverage of the airport for low-altitude targets location.
