In the era of knowledge economy,the competition between the enterprise and enterprise's essence is the competition between talents.The core of human resource management is the management of performance appraisal,performance appraisal is usually called a performance review or "performance",is for each employee to undertake the enterprise work,the application of scientific methods of qualitative and quantitative,examine and evaluate the actual effect on employees' behavior and its contribution to the enterprise or value.It is an important content of enterprise human resources management,one of the more powerful means of enterprise management.Performance appraisal is to through the examination to maximize the efficiency of individual,ultimately achieve the goal of the enterprise.So many enterprises have attached great importance to people-oriented in the management process,that is for the construction of human resources to maintain a high degree of attention.Silver good company was founded in 1999,is currently the most important financial equipment R&D,production,sales and service suppliers.Silver good company as a high-tech enterprises,R&D ability is the main competitive,how to mobilize the enthusiasm of personnel of research and development and maximize the R&D staff's innovation ability is the key problem in the construction of human resources Yinjia corporation.In this paper.and analysis of the research background and the significance of.Secondly,the current situation of silver good company and R&D personnel performance appraisal management are discussed briefly,I found that performance management Yinjia Corporation has the following problems:the development appraisal target and the company's strategy is not closely linked,R&D performance appraisal method is not scientific,the R&D team incentives lack and lag,performance evaluation system is not perfect,performance appraisal lack of feedback system.R&D personnel examination partial static.In addition,by using the theory of performance appraisal,carries on the design to the silver company R&D personnel performance appraisal improvement research evaluation system,established evaluation model of R&D personnel strategy based on target decomposition,the silver company index re design.from R&D personnel learning,work,and work performance of 4 ability latitude,using the implementation of a full range of assessment of 12 evaluation indicators,using analytic hierarchy process to analyze the weight,and then evaluates the Yinjia company R&D personnel performance appraisal.Again,improved comprehensive evaluation in the Yinjia company R&D personnel performance appraisal,and puts forward specific measures for dynamic assessment of R&D personnel performance appraisal,perfecting the performance evaluation of silver company incentive mechanism,put forward the corresponding improvement and incentive scheme.Finally,proposed the implementation of the new performance management system protection Yinjia corporation.The conclusion of this thesis revised R&D personnel the existing performance appraisal system for enterprise,has the certain reference value and significance to enhance R&D personnel sustainable innovation ability.
