The Research Of Office Building Green Space Design Based On The Behavioural Psychology

Nowadays,more and more people around the world especially office workers,are complaining about their mental and physical problems:fatigue,headache,neck pain etc.Those problems are inevitable and based on the convenient bring from model office technologies.In one hand,the increasing office devises in the office space make the work more effective.However,on the other hand,those technologies harm the users’ health as well.Most illnesses and physical symptoms in the office are caused by bad-designed space-quality.Morden office architectures offer solutions to give the users better space-quality.At the design stage,sometimes,architects should pretend they are the space user and picture the condition of using when the design had been put in use.And the real users do not follow the way to use space which the architects imagined before.Normally,architects will likely to ignore the office users have their independent willing and they can choose their activity patterns as they wish,moreover,to attend the recreation behaviours of the architectures.Therefore,this thesis investigates the users’ precise behaviours and psychological needs by referring to the behavioural psychological theory and could be used to guide architects for designing the real high-quality green office space.This thesis is written in six parts.The first chapter introduced the background,research significance,research situation and related basic theory,following by chapter two about the part of theory,the classification guided by behavioural theory,and the relationship between perceptions of space and behaviours.The third chapter is built by research of office space,the form of the space,the classification of space and the interface of space constitute.Based on the former chapters,the chapter four is about the investigation of users’ behavioural characteristics and their psychological behaviours,the behavioural distribution of flow characteristics and the real uses’ psychological research from some projects.Chapter five is according to the analysis of the theory and the investigation for psychological needs,proposed the strategies of green space design,moreover,concluded this thesis by following the investigation results of the office space design,transportation space and auxiliary space.The green space design is a science based on behavioural psychology and it is a combination of emotion and ration.This idea could offer the office space more humanistic cares.In this thesis,we cannot cover every point of this green design due to the lack of projects about green design in China and the varieties of aspects in this area.The writer feels sorry about it and you are welcome to give suggestions about this thesis.
