Abstract/Summary:
With the arrival of the Globilization era, modern world transfers from theindusatrial society to the information society. In the crowded and noisy prosperousarea of city center, office buildings have to develop to a high altitude, so that limitedland could accommodate a lot of office space which the city needs. Therefore,high-rise official building become main trend of the form of office buildingsnowadays. Beijing is one of the most concentrated areas of high-rise official buildingof our country. To research the situation of energy consumption of high-rise officialbuilding in Beijing is very representative across the whole country. This dissertation introduces and analyses the domestic energy consumption ofhigh-rise official building and those in Beijing. The author has found out that in thestudy of energy consumption, a very important factor which could be ignored ishuman factor, so author uses the principles of Architecture Psychology to analyse theenergy consumption of main buildings(mainly the elevator), indoor illumination, therelationship between energy consumption of heating of air condition and users ofhigh-rise official building in Beijing deeply. The author of this dissertation makes use of more than one year to investigateand survey the existing high-rise official building in Beijing on the spot, during thistime he adopts survey methods of combination of illuminance meter test, thequestionnaire survey and simulation. The major high-rise official building which theauthor investigates are concentrated in the three important business districts: CBDbusiness district, Yan Sha business district and Zhong Guancun business district, healso does research for a certain amount of high-rise official building which are locatedin financial streets of Dong Zhimen, Xi Zhimen and Fu Xingmen in the second ringand other areas, the total number of the buildings are80. Through the classifiedstatistics of the design methods of the main buildings, author investigates the usage ofstairs and elevators of main buildings carefully and puts forward the design ideaswhich are improved, he tries his best to reduce the energy consumption of the mainbuildings.Natural lighting of buildings have influences of many aspects on users, authoranalyses the main existing problems of indoor lighting environment of architectureduring the process of investigation, he makes use of simulation software of lighting environment Ecotect Analysis to simulate the daylighting situation of the standardlayer of high-rise official building in Beijing in a lot of forms, the simulation is relatedto the shape of buildings, design methods of main buildings and impacts of indoordepths for the natural lighting. The author obtains design methods of natural lightingwhich are suitable for Beijing, and through the regulation of indoor natural lightingsituation, users could get guidence to reduce energy consumotion of architecturallighting reasonably. The refrigeration of central air condition and heating technique of high-riseofficial building in Beijing have not only brought huge energy consumption, but alsoharmful influences to physiology and psychology of users. Through improvement ofindoor natural ventilation and regulation of the microclimate in the buildings, userscan be guided to reduce the architectural refrigeration and energy consumption byheating reasonably. The author uses the wind environment simulation software ofbuildings CFD-Phoenics to simulate the ventilation situation in the offices with a lotof forms and puts forward strategy of ventilation design which is appropriate forBeijing. In a word, architectural design not only improves the energy efficiency ofconstruction equipments, but also considers the psychological needs of people indifferent aspects of design such as function layout of architecture, space environmentetc., so that the dependence of people for energy-consuming equipments could bereduced and the green energy saving behavior of users could be guided.
