Construction is the working and living space created by human being to resist natural climate conditions.As the basic human life and production sites,architecture's planning,design,construction and operation all directly affects the consumption of social resources and energy.With the advance of the urbanization process,the energy consumption during building material's production,transportation,housing construction,repair,and demolition,has accounted for 20%to 30%in China's general commodity consumption.However,the operation energy consumption is larger when people use the building,accounting for about 80%of the life cycle energy consumption.Therefore,through reasonable architectural design and the selection of qualified energy-saving measures,people should develop the correct way of life to reduce building energy consumption on the basis of making sure a comfortable indoor environment.In order to study people's thermal comfort in the space of building,this paper from the human body heat balance principle,introduces the origin of thermal comfort,and the influence of indoor and outdoor factors on the formation of thermal environment.It points out that the control parameter of thermal environment can affect the heat balance of the human body.On this basis,further analysis on indoor thermal environment,determine the indoor air temperature,surface temperature of envelope directly influence the heat loss transferred.Furthermore,it will influence people's heat comfort reaction on indoor temperature,and also regard it as a starting point for this paper.This paper analyses the climatic characteristics of Changsha area,combined with the local geographical position,terrain features,pointed out that Changsha area summer static wind rate is high,ventilation is poor,and the winter sunshine rate is low,humidity is large.Finally get the conclusion that the Changsha area should effectively reduce energy consumption of the heating and air-conditioner by enhancing outer shelter construction's thermal insulation performance,and improving the indoor thermal environment to the thermal comfort requirements.This paper summarizes the existing wall energy saving technology in Changsha,and set up research model and simulation analysis on this basis.Taking use of Design Builder building thermal environment simulation software,did lots of simulation analysis on Changsha's construction of housing building wall energy-saving,thickness of thermal insulation,and influence of inner wall thermal function to the indoor heat environment.Taking energy consumption per square meters as the evaluation index,summarize outer wall energy-saving construction of Changsha,in combination with the economical analysis,then get to know the energy-saving construction 's thickness in Changsha area.At the same time,linked to the previous survey conclusion of residential energy consumption status of Changsha,considering of the impact of occupants' life habit to indoor thermal environment,to study the influence of different ways of using residential building to indoor thermal environment and wall thermal insulation performance.This makes the conclusion that improve the indoor ventilation environment and set up movable outer shading outside the window can effectively improve the indoor thermal environment,reduce residential energy consumption.
