| The railway transport is the most efficient land transportation at present.As an important mode of transportation,it occupies an important position in national economy,and thus brought to the attention of the countries all over the world.The world railway transport is developing towards high speed and overload.China has been in the forefront of the world with the rapid development of high-speed railway!In recent years,with the improvement of the railway operation speed,especially the completion and operation of HSR(high speed railway),track irregularities survey and control puts forward higher and more stringent requirements.With the improvement of driving speed track long-wave irregularities have become the main factors influencing the comfort and the safety of the high-speed train,and play a critical role in stable and comfortable of HSR.Now more efficient track long-wave irregularity static testing equipment is mainly based on fiber optic gyroscope(FOG)as the core of the measuring element track survey trolley.Due to the fiber optic gyroscope is a kind of inertial device,inevitably affected by the earth’s rotation.Generally the earth’s rotation can be ignored when measuring large Angle change,but when measuring angle in slight change,the influence factors of the earth’s rotation is not negligible such as track irregularities survey.In order to improve the accuracy,we using 20 seconds to collect the initial zero point in practical testing and one observation set method.Using one observation set method to get two measurements to offset the influence of earth rotation component by averaging of it.Obviously,the one observation set method can improve accuracy at the expense of efficiency.If can real-time compensation the influence of earth rotation in the process of track irregularities survey,will greatly improve the track of the long-wave detection efficiency and improve the detection accuracy.Based on this idea,at first,this paper analyzed the inertial drift and the influence of the Earth’s rotation of the Inertial Measurement for track long-wave.Then proposed an new long-wave measurement method called rapid precision measuring method on the basis of the original method.Derived the rotation of the Earth in real-time compensation model for fiber optic gyroscope by track design parameters,geographical information,and mileage information of track survey trolley.And presents the calculation method of key parameters in the calculation model,and completed the related algorithm of software development and validation;At last,the algorithm software package in the form of dynamic link libraries to achieve integration with existing track detector system software.Using exist equipment conditions,a large number of actual experiments has been done.Through the analysis of experimental data proved that: the real-time compensation for the earth’s rotation algorithm can improve the stability and detection accuracy of L-0 track survey trolley on long-wave detection data without loss of efficiency;This method can effectively reduce the data fluctuation because of the track survey trolley’s speed instability,which can also be applied to improve the relative measurement data accuracy of three dimensional constraint survey trolley. |
