The Design Research Of Nursing Home Based On Green Architecture Standard

According to the sixth national census in 2010,showed that over 65 years of aging population in China accounts for 8.87% of the population.This thesis start from rapid aging population resulted in the development of nursing homes.In 2014,at the Tenth International Conference of Green Building and Energy Saving,The recommendations put forward new requirements of nursing home,green-nursing home.It refers to the pension building in addition to improving the comfort of living for the elderly,but also need to meet the evaluation criteria of green building.Research methods: Including reading the study of domestic norms,Guangzhou local norms;Reviewing domestic and foreign nursing homes,green building,green-pension building literature.Analyzing of design research.Finally,take a nursing building program in Guangzhou into analysis.Through the simulation software analyzes,take the data as a reference score.According to the research purposes and research methods,the design analysis of the nursing home combined green building rating standards with the needs of elderly displayed in research data,so that during the design of nursing home,not only meeting the elderly physiological characteristics,psychological characteristics,behavioral traits,but also achieve green pension building at the design stage of land-saving,energy-saving,water saving,materials-saving,Improve the quality of the indoor environment,efficient management and so on.Then take a Guangzhou nursing home plan for example,take analysis and optimization of it,take this case to an analogue scale,evaluate whether they meet the green pension building according to the reference conditions or not.
