“Optimization strategy of energy saving design for residential unit buildings in Guangzhou under the premise of comfort "based on the time background of energy conservation and environmental protection in China,selected the unit in Guangzhou region residence as the research object of the paper.Combined with the trend of the development of Guangzhou city,Guangzhou unit residential energy-saving design must be based on the premise of ensure occupant comfort,in the architectural design phase through the building energy efficiency design optimization to achieve the goal of energy saving.Under the tone,the article expounds the Guangzhou region unit housing on the premise of ensure occupant comfort building energy efficiency design optimization strategy."Comfort" is a vary from person to person,because of time inconsistency of dynamic development concept,the author,in the form of questionnaire,opened an investigation for the unit in Guangzhou residential satisfaction.Based on the questionnaire survey data and related professional thinking and analysis,this paper,the factors will affect the living comfort is divided into three aspects: the first is the comfort level of the physics,the second is psychological comfort,the third is the comfort level of the use function.The author thinks that,only from the three aspects of the comprehensive control good housing living comfort research,to ensure the real residential comfort.This paper discusses the real housing should comfort from physical,psychological,and use the function three aspects to meet;Then,through the paper discusses the present situation of Guangzhou area unit residential development and residential energy-saving design,the problems of current were analyzed and summarized in this paper,which could lead to an increase in energy consumption of building design impact factor;Subsequently,the related technologies and strategies of in-depth discussion;Finally the article according to the results of the analysis,from the aspect of architectural design,from the perspective of residential building design,put forward under the premise that guarantee the living comfort,is suitable for the unit in Guangzhou area residential building energy efficiency design optimization strategy.
