At present,Chinese high-speed railway construction has entered a period of rapid development.EMU repair and maintenance as the core business of EMU Depot(Section)is an important guarantee for the operation of the EMU.Therefore,the working efficiency of EMU Depot(Section)will have a direct impact on the stability of the whole high-speed railway transport network.In order to realize the high efficient operation of EMU Depot(Section)and the goal of fully using the ability of the maintenance facilities,EMU Depot(Section)begins to build Control Centralized System(CCS).The system realizes the automatic control of the train and shunting route.As an important guarantee for the efficient maintenance and safety operation of EMU,the traffic operation is an important part of the operation of EMU Depot(Section).Route control is the core of completing traffic operation.In order to realize the optimal choice of route and the right trigger time,the paper makes an intelligent and optimal research on the route control,based on a batch of operation.It can further reduce the work intensity of operators and improve operational efficiency and work quality.Firstly,the paper introduces Control Centralized System,and discusses the system's composition,basic function and the two control modes.It analyzes traffic operation and elaborates the generation of Operation Execution Plan.The realization process and application status of route control are summarized.Secondly,several key technologies of route control are studied in this paper.It discusses in detail the basic data generating and focuses on expounding the idea of forming the route data table.It describes the generation process of Instruction Scheme,sums up the three operation forms of conflict and elaborates the conflict of route and solved principle of route conflict.Then it proposes the ways of conflict solution,which the route is adjusted and high weight coefficient of operation has priority of management.And it analyzes route selection and trigger timing.At the same time,it lays the foundation for the intelligent and optimal research of the following route control.Thirdly,problem of route control is described in detail.In order to achieve the purpose of optimal route arrangement,it establishes the total delay time at least,and the total shortest driving time for route control optimization model.And the model meets constraint conditions of the uniqueness,before and after operation and so on.In this paper,the improved discrete particle swarm optimization algorithm is designed by using the inertia weight of the particle swarm optimization,adding the average of the population and the idea of discretization.Based on the situation of Beijing's EMU Depot,through two case simulations,the rationality of the optimization model of route control and the effectiveness of the improved discrete particle swarm optimization algorithm are verified by the C# programming language.It is proved that the result of the model and algorithm can conform to the actual situation of the field,and it is practical.Finally,the paper analyzes the application of the optimal model and algorithm of route control.Combined with the optimization model of route control and algorithm,it analyses the two preconditions of route trigger: EMU condition and signal equipment state condition.Preconditions and condition of route publishing time based on the model and the algorithm calculating determine the route's the actual trigger timing.Then the dynamic computing scope and timing of the model and algorithm are described in this paper,which provides the guidance for the later application.
