| With the rapid development of city construction, centralized heating system has been one of the key steps that must be adopted in city modernization in North China. With the continuous extension of heating network, how to control and manage heating system efficiently and improve the economic and social benefits has been an urgent task facing heating industry.In the paper, by taking the centralized heating system in old campus of Northwestern Polytechnical University as study objective, for controlling the unbalanced pressure of the centralized heating system and intellectualized control of the total system, the relationship between the hydraulic maladjustment and the unbalanced pressure of the centralized heating system was studied. In addition, the causes of a thermal phenomenon of heating system and the corresponding maintenance and replacement measures were studied too. And, under different designed operation conditions and within the given range of temperature fluctuation, the measures for determining the corrosion rates of heating system network and the corresponding anti-corrosion techniques were studied systematically. And the choice of circulation pump type and the solution measures of the problems existed in the operation of circulation pump were analyzed in detail. In addition, the relationship between the household metering and charging system and intellectualized control was studied in the paper. According to the characteristics of centralized heating system in old campus of Northwestern Polytechnical University, a variable temperature regulation scheme with variable flow discharge in different divided period as well as the related operation, debug, maintenance and replacement measures were proposed. And, the metering and charging system and intellectualized control of centralized heating system were analyzed detailedly. The main contents and conclusions are as follows:Firstly, according to the discussion on the reason of serious water power maladjustment, the method to measure the corrosion rate of the central heating pipe network, the choice of circulation pump type and the solution measures of the problems existed in the operation of circulation pump, the reason and method that divided time heating in universities and colleges etc, the debugging and operating methods is proposed according to user's heating temperature and real-time adjustment of system parameters and making the curve of heating is closed to the curve of heat dissipation. In accordance with the viewpoint of whole system, the method to use system engineering is used, the principal contradiction is catch, on the basis of the current situation, partial readjustment and transformation is carried on, according to operation practice, the result of getting twice the result with half the effort have achieved.Secondly, network communication of the distributed centralized monitoring system and central control machine and managed the realizing specifically of software and hardware thoroughly have discussed in-depth, a kind of new hardware which is used in the systematic network monitoring of central heating and software environment, the design of the hardware environment of the systematic network monitoring of central heating have put forward. Utilize the monitoring system of this network, the systematic parameter can monitored, the pipe network is regulated in time, and the file sound can operated, quantization is managed, thus the operational efficiency of the system equipment is improved, energy consumption is reduced, the quality of heating is improve.Thirdly, Intellectual IC card central heating charge monitoring system is actually heating parameters which is wireless channel combined with wired communication, user data telemetry remote control system, which is certain advanced, reliability and practicality. In this paper, some subject charging problems have been discussed to a certain degree; however, there is a lot of work needed in-depth study. |
