The Study Of Design Parameters In Vacuum Sewerage System

The vacuum sewage system is mainly used in large segment by the whole district,guest,motor car and so on.In the process of actual application requirements suction capability is strong,and sealed performance is good.This paper introduces the vacuum sewage system in the vacuum pipe flow pattern of gas-liquid two phase flow and flow forming process,and use the Navier-Stokes equations simple Separated Fluid Model is established.This paper mainly analyzed the design parameters in vacuum sewage systems engineering,including the loss of pressure,gas liquid ratio and suction time,vacuum degree,etc.The pressure loss in the frictional pressure loss calculation for commonly uses empirical formula,and water supply PVC pipe frictional head loss calculation formula,empirical formula,though available dimension is not harmonious,also did not consider gas liquid ratio;Gas liquid ratio on gas liquid two phase flow influence on the flow pattern in the process of flow.Due to the complex vacuum pipeline gas liquid ratio change and testing is difficult,so we use vacuum sewage Australia standard rules of the selection of gas liquid ratio;Suction time is an important parameter in vacuum sewage system engineering,the article gives the detailed calculation process.In this paper,through the test facilities of vacuum pump unit CAM and vacuum tank units do the performance test.Main test data is collected for pipe diameter,open quantity,the distance of discharging sewage and waste discharge unit,pumping unit and the unit time and pressure drop.Use of these data comprehensive analysis of the vacuum pump unit CAM and vacuum tank units in suction time comply with the design specification requirements;Vacuum pump unit energy consumption CAM and vacuum tank unit energy consumption were both;Vacuum tank number,the equipment fault points are relatively high.This paper introduces the Kunming station vacuum sewage system engineering.In the process of engineering construction,besides should comply with the corresponding requirement specification,should follow the principle of parameter design.For the construction of key nodes,should be construction as required.
