Study On New Type Of Interface Valve Of Vacuum Sewerage System

Vacuum interface valve is a core component of vacuum sewerage system, which is anew type of wastewater collection&discharge system. The reliability of the system isoften based on the performance of the vacuum interface valve. At present, the interfacevalves for vacuum sewerage system used in both domestic and foreign are generallydiaphragm valves with small diameter, coupled with the limited life of diaphragm, whichmake it easy to plug. Although there are many valves in the market, they are not suitablefor vacuum sewerage system. And vacuum interface valve is carried out late comparedwith foreign. Along with the wide application of vacuum sewerage system and thecontinuous expansion of system, interface valves which we have now already cannotsatisfy the development demands, therefore, new type of interface valve needs on furtherresearch.First of all, according to the application field&working methods of the flap valve,the author decided to design one which can be used in vacuum sewerage system.According to the Toggle Mechanism Clamping System on Injection Molding Machine,which has the force amplifying function principle, the author decided to design andmanufacture a new type of toggle flap valve, in order to make it compact structure. Theinternal sensitive parts of the strength are analyzed to prove the feasibility in theory. Tochoose the rational driving mode through calculation, and to produce structural drawingsand other detail drawings related to the toggle flap valve.Secondly, according to the demand of the market—to reform the traditional gravitydrainage system which has many problems in the old town, such as long distance frommunicipal pipe network and old pipeline. The original reform method needs to replace theexisting ceramic toilet with vacuum toilet, which is a big waste, coupled with complexprocess, long period&high cost. The author put forward a new viewpoint called“Vacuum-Gravity” interface valve used in the reform of gravity drainage system, whichcombines board plug valve with toggle flap valve. And then, new type of control system& water supply system are designed to be used in this two working conditions.Finally, experimental research is designed and carried out to verify the variousperformance indicators, including durability, sealing performance and flowingperformance.
