On Issues Of Information Management's Innovation And Information System Data Interchange In Company Z

On July 21,2015,an announcement is made by MIIT to list the pilot and modeling projects of intelligence manufacturing,which leads to a solid step into a nationally-wide and enterprise-guiding 4.0 upgrade in industry.And the core component of intelligent manufacturing is enterprise informationization.In China's enterprise development,the proposition of enterprise informatization has made considerable developments,enterprises in different business management;there are certain applications of management system in different enterprises,however,as a result of different application time,different management,and confusion from various management projects,the management system is relatively isolated,and therefore,information silo is rather common.In the past decade in Company Z,the staff increases from 300 to 8000;the main business income increases from 30,000,000 to 3,500,000,000 yuan;a single-legal-person-business organization has enlarged into 13 corporate entities,which is an accucate illustration of a typical Chinese style barbaric growth with such a rapid development.Many informationization proposed projects can not be thoroughly planned.In the past decade,Company Z has in great deal reduced the management cost through sufficiently investing and innovating,in the supply chain management,and moreover,made great progress in management efficency through interating and remoeling the supply-chain and financial and decision-making management as well.Consequently,more economic development and competitiveness come to the company.Company Z has applied enterprise resource management system U9,developed from SOA framework technology,and with it as a core built the operational management of the surrounding functional system.SOA framework technology is advanced enough for the company to break and resolve many problems caused information silo between information management systems successfully.Additionally,it plays a vital role in providing technical support to these solutions.On the basis of enterprise resource management system U9,Company Z has operated numerous business processes between different systems,system integration and data interchange.It has integrated ERP U9 with OA and fund management system,through remodeling business process system and customizing the development of interface system,for the purpose of the realization of automation and intensification in expense submission,purchase payment,group fund collection,bank payment business,automatic generation of accounting documents,etc,.With the abundant application of shared foundamental information between different systems,there exists great possiblities of reducing repeated manual inputs and switching operations between different systems,which has greatly improved work efficiency,streamlined the staff and improved data accuracy.With the data interchange of U9 ERP and manufacturing execution system MES,it has made achievements in assigning purchase orders,managing the batch material information traceability,PDE scanning barcode and automatically receiving commodities,etc.,which serves as basis of changing the commonly used pull or push type production material management mode in old electronic manufacturing industry age into the supply of the call data model,i.e.,supplying according to the actual demand of manufacturing department,in this way,whose focus is merely placed on manufacturing.In addition,due to the extention of stock management to the line management from storing and logistics departments,the preparing and picking work has been greatly saved,with optimized material management stuff and expanded manufacturing space for the company,together with the facilitateion of 5S management of the manufacturing workplaces.This paper,firstly,based on Company Z's work experience obtained from the course in constructing informationization,expounds and demonstrates its application and exploration of the innovative informationization construction during the course of being a member of modern manufacturing enterprises.Secondly,it dwells well upon the process of informationization construction related to modern manufacturing enterprise,as well as corrisponding ideas,methods and obstained profit.Last but not least,It also provides references to the peers of Company Z in the construction of enterprise informationization.
