| As the development of economic in our country,the living standard of Chinese has gotten a substantial increase in our country.The car ownership is increasing sharply,therefore,while the people improve safety awareness also comfort requirement increasing higher and higher.Automobile hub bearing as one of the critical parts of the cars,and they are directly related to vehicle safety and comfort.Under the trend developed that the automotive components increasingly integrate,compact and lightweight,wheel hub bearing will be more widely applied to cars.Compare with conventional wheel hub bearing,the difference on the structure make them more demanding on stiffness,so the stiffness analysis and testing is particularly important.CAE(Computer Aided Engineering)is an approximate numerical method that using computer to aid to solve complex structural strength,stiffness,buckling stability,dynamic response,thermal conductinity,multi-dody contact analysis of elastic-plastic deform mechanical properties problems.In this paper,ANSYS finite element simulation software platform for the study.Study on the numerical method of the mechanical properties of automotive wheel hub bearing based on the contact and elasticity theory.According to the automotive wheel hub bearing structure and characteristics of the force propose the processing means of the simplified modeling,for fast and accurate numerical analysis mechanical properties.This article,with a model automotive wheels double row angular contact ball bearings as the research object.Based on the finite element simulation platform analysis the mechanical properties for the wheel bearings.The main research contents are as follows:(1)According to the wheel hub bearing structure characteristic,established the three-dimensional model in software Solid Works.(2)Analyzed the wheel hub bearing load characteristic,establish the hub bearing contact mechanics model in the finite element software ANSYS,and analyze then set the parameters of the contact model.(3)Analysis the boundary conditions of wheel hub bearing,according to the actual working conditions set appropriate boundary conditions and loads outcome wheel hub bearing moment stiffness finite element simulation date results.(4)Establish the wheel hub bearing ball contact state analysis of equivalent simulation model,in order to improve the simulation efficiency.(5)Make use of the moment rigid testing machine to get on the moment rigid testing test,compared and analysis the experimental date and finite element simulation results,to verify the ANSYS simulation is feasible and reliable,also verify the hub bearing analysis modeling approach rationality that in this thesis. |
