In construction design, there is still no a reasonable uniform cost about the rigidity amplification coefficient of center beam and boundary beam. Also, there is still no a reasonable uniform cost about the bending moment amplitude modulation factor of the frame beam end. But both the two values is one of the most important factors for construction design. They make the design more economical, reasonable, security and more reliable.Usually, the rigidity amplification coefficient of center beam and boundary beam are directory decided the slab's influence in the structure transfer force. In this paper, through researching and analysis many frame models, gets when the rigidity amplification coefficient of center beam equals 2.0 and the rigidity amplification coefficient of boundary beam equals 1.5 the whole frame in the best condition, and we get the reasonable value.And for the frame beam end bending moment amplitude modulation factor seems embodiment its value in practice projects. Because it's reasonable value makes the construction design more in reason, more economical, and the most important is it makes the structure construct more convenience. So when we research it, we can get more valuable effects. And in this paper, through nonlinear researching and analysis of the frame beam, we get, when the bending moment amplitude modulation factor equals 0.80 the result is the best result.
