Research On The Traffic Organization Of Commercial Complex Above Subway Station

The combination of commercial complex and city had a great changed by the update of the urban traffic forms.It reflects the process of urbanization as a physical embodiment of integration between city and buildings,it is also one of the development trend of future commercial buildings.It's not a simple fuction stack,but a high degree of aggregation of civil life and space environment,finishing the coordinated development by using different function space,creating commercial atmosphere,improving work efficiency and the quality of environment,and relieving the traffic pressure from bottom to top.As the unit of the city,it has an important significance in the development of the city while saving the investment of public facilities,improving the utilization of land and providing public space.We can not ignore that the multi function especially the involvement of subway layer leads to a large number of complex crossing flow,the optimization of it is helpful to ensuring convenient use in subfunction and space quality.So the flow need to be pay special attention,at the same time,commercial streamline organization is an important means to guide consumer behavior.As the unit of the city,it has an important significance in the development of the city while saving the investment of public facilities,improving the utilization of land and providing public space.We can not ignore that the multi function especially the involvement of subway layer leads to a large number of complex crossing flow,the optimization of it is helpful to ensuring convenient use in subfunction and space quality.So the flow need to be pay special attention,at the same time,commercial streamline organization is an important means to guide consumer behavior.This article will research on the following aspects based on the content above:The first chapter mainly elaborates the origin and background of the research,while describing the research contents and methods and discussing the history of streamline organization in commercial complex of subway station,finally,it presents the research framework.The second chapter explores the related concepts,and analyzes the characteristics,present situation and necessity of streamline organization,then puts forward the influencing factors of it.The third chapter summarizes the external flow organization basing on the previous research and influencing factors,while putting foward three problems and optimization design strategy: "the convergence with city traffic system","flow organization of people,vehicles and cargo in the base","the static traffic organization of cars".The fourth chapter discusses the internal flow organization,research on the whole internal flow,consumer flow of commercial space and flow organization of logistics and freight.The fifth chapter demonstrates the principles and methods above through the design of Joy city and my practice of The Square of Wu Xi Yidong.Finally,I hope to enrich the theoretical system of the commercial complex of subway station and make some contribution to research on traffic organization through this article.
