However, because lots of advantages such as speediness, safety, large capacity, metro has been to the primary choice to alleviate urban traffic congestion problem and established its core position in public transport system. Considering more and more serious contradiction between urban space and transportation, the problem about how to make the efficient land use associate with the urban plan, and how to establish the urban space framework with subway station as its key nodes is the important subject before us.Under the demands of land intensive, spatial integration and multiple functions, the commercial complex at the subway station becomes to be connected element between building space and urban space, through the introduction of the system theory, it has been considered as the space continuum during the research of urban space framework. As the combination function and three-dimensional point, the commercial complex at subway station not only has the important meaning to the public transport system improving because of its many traffic elements, but also has the high economic potential and commercial value due to its high density and multi-purpose space, it has a lot of attention from local governments and developers right now. Considering about our basic national conditions, the paper tries to make some constructive suggestions for future plan and design, through the study on the macro level, the medium level and the micro level. It would make the development of commercial complex at subway station more rational, and take a certain contribution for sustainable development of region and city.The paper has three main division:the first one aims at the concept establishment and clear, it contains 1,2 and 3 chapters. Through the historical review about commercial complex and subway construction, we can get the meeting-point as the beginning of commercial complex at subway station and define its concept. It is be said that because of the land intensive exploitation, the commercial complex at subway station would be one of the urban development trends. At the same time, under the analysis of urban complex trend, the paper leads the theory of complexity science into urban building area, points out that as the city subsystem, the system of commercial complex at subway station has a certain complex features, and then makes the explanation for the development direction and support factor.
