Since the reform and opening up,our country has got rapid development in economy,continuously improvement in law system.People has a better awareness of using laws to fight for rights.As our law courts deal much more cases in terms of quantity and variety,our law system gets further improvement.This directly drives our people’ courts develop towards a more sound and scientific way.But we should as well notice that we have still many problems in court construction,like inappropriate layout,functions disabling and unclear and Traffic flow organ ization disturbance.All of theses have severely impacted the court efficiency,as well damaged judicial image which should be fair,just and open.Based on above facts,this thesis is by collecting all domestic and international related research s and practical studies and aimed to study the court construction function sectioning and line Organization and provide references and inspirations for future court construction design.The thesis will use the theoretical summarize and comparison analysis to get the conclusion.This thesis will firstly introduce the research background,then provide the report of current situation,and raise up a well-directed research,as well clear up the thesis intention and goal.The second chapter focuses on the construction layout and exterior Traffic flow organization.,providing a detailed and overall analysis.In addition,the exterior environment concept of law court specified is included.Chapter 3 and 4 will base on the fixed overall layout and analyze the construction internal function section and transportation section.It illustrates the basis court function and Traffic flow organization concept,by analyzing room organization and different transportation methods and comparing the domestic and international the room organization trend.The chapter 5 introduces a case study of two existing programs,summarizing the experiences to further extend the research content.Through the above study,the thesis is aimed to provide a good reference to the design of law court buildings;This leaves a significant meaning for improving the usage efficiency of the court building and work efficiency in realities...
