The work of energy-saving residential building in Hunan area has achieved substantial development,but relative to the area of nearly 1 billion square meters of existing residential,the renovation is still huge potential.The characteristics of poor thermal insulation performance of existing house envelope structure,high energy consumption and poor comfort have made it more urgent in the comprehensive transformation of demand in Hunan region.Therefore,on one hand the energy saving renovation of existing housing is able to reduce the demand for residential use can,effectively alleviate the pressure of the building energy consumption growth.On the other hand,it improves indoor thermal comfort,effectively change the living building indoor heat in winter and summer to improve living environment,which has important practical significance.Article is divided into six main parts:Chapter One discusses the necessity and significance of this study,and the present situation of the current theories and transformation of existing residential elaborated,then it introduces the research work of specific areas.In Chapter Two is mainly on the Hunan existing residential field investigation and testing,respectively from the three aspects of both the residential outdoor environment,indoor space function and external structure of research,and the residential indoor thermal and humidity environment test and analysis.Chapter Three is based on the field investigation and test results,according to the climatic conditions in Hunan Province,starting from the indoor thermal comfort,for residential energy conservation modified index evaluation and the improvement methods are put forward.Chapter Four is from the perspective of the residential space for energy saving strategy:to improve the micro-climate of the outdoor,residential form of addition and subtraction,interior size of the adjustment and transformation of natural ventilation and balconies and utilization of solar energy,etc.In Chapter Five is energy-saving house envelope structure,starting from the present situation of residential building envelope both in Hunan province,respectively on the windows,roofs,walls and public stairwells specific transformation strategy.Chapter Six is the clarity of tracking and testing by both the residential energy-saving demonstration project,the transformation of the aforementioned methods of verification,to provide a basis for the energy-saving renovation of existing residential areas.The whole text of "Strategy Research for Both Residential Energy Efficiency in Hunan Area" as the main object of study,will present both the residential energy-saving measures and countermeasures,integrated solutions residential space saving and building envelope energy and other issues,and strive for the region in full swing existing buildings energy-saving projects to provide technical support.
