| This thesis aimed at an enterprise of ningxia in the process of production of fuel gas measuring meters shall be quality testing of its semi-finished electronic counter,designed and developed a electronic counter detector contrapose fuel gas measuring meters.This thesis first described the development situation and development trend of fuel gas measuring meters,then on the basis of detailed analysis of the gas meter and electronic counter,we know its structure and working principle,then determine the counter detector design plan and determine the detector key design parameters and quality testing criterion.Then,according to the overall design scheme and design parameters.we designed respectively the hardware part and software part of the counter.The hardware part mainly include counter push mechanism,clamping mechanism,driving mechanism,tilting mechanism,and designed the corresponding hydraulic system that the above-mentioned organization can motion reliable.Software part chose S7-200 programmer,through programming,the hardware can operated in accordance with the corresponding instruction sequence and quality judgment.Finally designed and developed a electronic counter detector of fuel gas measuring meters.The detection efficiency of the detector is about 14 seconds/piece,and the detect technical parameters can be set convenient according to the change counter technical parameters,can also through hardware expansion,a software can control more than one detector at the same time,to meet the needs of the mass detection. |
