The Research And Development On Intelligent Design System Of Wheels Based On Pro/E

With the rapid development of modern technology,automotive gradually being intothe community family ’s lives.Wheels are major safety car parts.Market increasinglyfierce competition in the wheel industry,companies only improve the competitiveness ofproducts and shorten product development cycles,improve product quality,reduce costs,inorder to survive and develop.Therefore,to improve product design and development ofintelligent systems becomes particularly important and linchpin.Currently,the wheel design requires designers with strong work experience,dependingon the level of knowledge of designers,have long relied on experienced designers tocomplete.With the development of computer technology and many other disciplines andapplied to machinery, intelligent design has become a new technology and methods.According to the characteristics of the wheel design,based on knowledge intelligentdesign techniques was put to wheel design,Microsoft Visual Studi as the developmentenvironment was used,SQL Server as the back-end database was used,and expert systemsdevelopment tools CLIPS(C Language Integrated Production System) was used tocomplete knowledge of automatic reasoning,the wheel inference procedures and codewere writed,based on Pro/ENGINEER wheel model was established, dynamic embeddingtechniques and method procedures for CLIPS to C#.Net were studied,intelligent designsystem of wheel was researched and developed.For the study of wheel intelligent design system, this topic mainly study thefollowing aspects:1. The basic theory of intelligent design system was introduced.Introduce theintelligent design of the background, characteristics, mainly technical, theory, situation athome and abroad and so on,laid the theoretical foundation for intelligent wheel designstudy;2. The theory of expert systems was research.Introduce the structure and compositionof expert system, laid the theoretical foundation for the wheel design study basedintelligent expert system technology;3. CLIPS basic knowledge and content was analysis.Select CLIPS platform asreasoning, research-based knowledge and its wheels intelligent design CLIPS inferencemechanism of the program;4. CLIPS code writing rules was research,the wheels program intelligent designprogram was written,intelligent design system of wheel was developed,and the systeminstances was tested. The artificial intelligence and expert systems technology was used, the intelligentdesign of wheel was realized, intelligent design system of wheel was developed.Intelligentdesign can reduce product development and research time, improve design speed, and savecosts.
