With the rapid development of fault diagnosis and maintenance technology for large machinery equipment,the fault caused by the large steam turbine generator sets will cause serious damage to the sets,which will affect the normal life of residents and cause huge economic losses to the power company.Therefore,the intelligent fault diagnosis and maintenance technology of the sets has attracted more and more attention from experts in this field and has become a research hotspot.Hence,the development of intelligent fault diagnosis system is helpful to technical maintenance personnel to monitor and repair the fault of the sets quickly and efficiently,so that it is of great significance to keep the sets in good working state without stopping the machine.This thesis mainly studies the intelligent fault diagnosis expert system from the following aspects:(1)Uncertainty reasoning method based on confidence level is studied.The uncertainty of fault features of the turbine generator sets is studied,the relationship between fault features is analyzed and the knowledge base system is established,a nd the uncertainty reasoning algorithm based on confidence level is proposed.In the process of rule reasoning,the diagnosis results of high confidence are deduced according to custom generated rules,facts and custom functions stored in the knowledge base.(2)The strategy of case search strategy is studied.The fuzziness of fault features for the turbine generator sets,the entropy method is proposed to determine the weight of the fault features.In the process of case based reasoning,according to the classified storage method of historical cases in the case base,the Bayes probability function is proposed to index the cases and determine the fault category of the cases.The case retrieval mechanism uses the improved Euclidean distance function to judge the similarity between cases,and retrieves the most similar cases for the maintenance technicians to use.(3)Each module of intelligent fault diagnosis expert system for Steam Turbine Generator Sets is developed.The expert system uses the CLIPS expert system development tool to develop the inference engine module of the system,develops the human-machine interaction module of the software design system using C#,and uses SQL to store the knowledge base of the expert system(rule base and case base).The expert system interface technology uses the Clips Net component in the Visual C# to call the CLIPS programming technology an d the SQL Server database embedded in the Visual C#.NET environment,and the integration of the three development softwares realizes the development of the diagno sis expert system.Finally,through the example test,the expert system has better fault diagn osis capability for the turbine generator sets,and the diagnosis result is accurate.
