In the wake of developments in science and technology,construction machinery structure is more and more complex,more and more perfect function.Due to many unavoidable factors,and sometimes machinery and equipment will produce a variety of failures,affecting its use function,resulting in accidents,economic losses.So to ensure the safe operation of machinery and equipment to eliminate accidents,is a very urgent problem.Because of the importance of fault diagnosis of construction machinery,it is necessary to establish the fault diagnosis tree of construction machinery.The process modeling based on the diagnosis tree,and the fault diagnosis of the construction machinery is realized in practice.Its purpose is to provide guidance for the user diagnostic process,the user according to the diagnostic tree tips for fault diagnosis,to provide text guidance and picture guidance in two forms.In view of the complexity and diversity of construction machinery faults,this paper studies the failure phenomenon,reason and elimination method of bulldozer,and combines with the characteristics of the object to carry on the flow modeling.established the tree of the bulldozer fault diagnosis.Based on the principle of diagnostic expert system,the fault diagnosis assistant software is designed and developed through the separation of data and algorithm.It realizes the similar or approximate search of the fault phenomenon nodes by the input of verbal characters,the rapid diagnosis of mechanical faults and the application verification.At the same time,two modes of fault diagnosis are studied in this paper,that is the mode of layer by layer diagnosis from the vertex of fault diagnosis tree and the mode of adopting text comparison algorithm to search and locate fault symptoms quickly.This paper studies the key technologies in the development of expert system and it discusses the interaction method of CLIPS and VC++.At the same time,this paper analyzes its limitations,and an improved interactive method is proposed.The paper studies the method of software registration codes.The subject adopt RSA public key(asymmetric)cryptography.When user install aided software,the software generate software register code by getting user computer C hard disk volume serial number as computer ID.When user send the register code to the software supplier,the software supplier generate an activation code by means of Activation code generation software.The software has authorization with user inputting the activation code.The software has been demonstrated by great heat fault of the torque converter.The research methods and results of the paper provide theoretical basis and practical experience for exploiting the expert system of construction machinery fault diagnosis.
