The development of China’s urban modernization is gradually perfecting,the level of intelligence in major industries such as industry,agriculture,and service industries has gradually improved,and the intelligent management system has gradually penetrated into all walks of life.The flaw detection machine uses a nuclear radiation source.Once lost or improperly managed,it will cause great harm to both individuals and the environment.The flaw detection machine has serious deficiencies in safety management and intelligence.In order to change this situation,design an intelligent,low Power consumption,safety,convenience,and fast control management system,now proposes a design scheme of face verification,map positioning,device binding,remote control.Its characteristic is that the flaw detector can only be controlled by the person in charge,avoiding the operator’s close contact with the radioactive source and real-time viewing of the flaw detector’s status information.There is very little research in this application field,so it is also innovative.Using the design ideas of the Internet of Things,the whole system is divided into three parts: Android client,cloud server and hardware circuit,including data communication module,management module,main control module,map positioning module,user management module,identity verification module,flaw detection Machine protection module.The main research content of the paper is as follows:First,adopt the face verification mode,on this basis,carry out research and design on the core of face recognition,including face image preprocessing,face area detection,feature dimensionality reduction,feature classification and recognition,involving Adaboost,PCA,SVM,etc.Multiple algorithms.Second,research on STM32 and use this as a starting point to design the hardware part of the entire system,including GPRS module,MCU control module,BLE module,device protection module,switch detection module,device motor drive module,power supply and power conversion Modules work together through various modules to complete functions such as data upload,circuit protection,and control equipment.Third,research the Android system,and design the Android client on this basis,including multiple functions such as registration,BLE data communication,QR code,and data query.Fourth,research and analysis of cloud server technology,using SSM,Maven,Open CV and other technologies,including data storage,face recognition verification,data query and other modules,with Android client and hardware devices to complete system functions.Fifth,complete circuit design,Android client and server coding work,integrate the entire system,realize the collaborative work among various modules,and complete the system functions.Finally,the system was tested in various aspects,and the test results verified that the system was safe,intelligent,and reliable,and achieved the goal of this design. |
