Since the 21st century,with the rapid development of China's social comprehensive economic strength and the significant improvement of the overall national quality of life,the centralized emission of atmospheric pollutants has exceeded the natural environment's own load value to a certain extent.The air pollution problem will not only seriously affect social and economic development,residents'normal traffic travel,but also change local and regional climate change,and even stimulate the human respiratory tract and enter the human blood circulation system,seriously endangering the healthy operation of the human respiratory tract and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular systems.Therefore,studying the spatial and temporal distribution of various indicators of atmospheric pollutants,analyzing the relevant meteorological factors and topographic factors,and establishing a reasonable and effective atmospheric environment evaluation model are particularly important for the reasonable management and control of pollutants and the effective improvement of the local atmospheric environment important.This article is based on the air quality index?AQI?of 21 cities in Sichuan Province from 2015 to 2017,the mass concentration data of 6 kinds of air pollutants,and the surface meteorological factor data and digital elevation data?DEM?for the corresponding period.First of all,from two different dimensions of time and space,the distribution and change analysis of different pollution indicators of different cities and different time points in cities in Sichuan Province were carried out.Second,when considering the impact factor of pollutants,it was introduced in SPSS software.Meteorological factors?mean temperature,precipitation,relative humidity and wind speed?and topographic factors?DEM?were analyzed for correlation,and an effective and reasonable regression equation was obtained;finally,the basis for grasping the characteristics of the spatial and temporal changes of air pollution in cities in Sichuan Province In the above,the air pollution assessment system of each city in Sichuan Province was constructed by establishing a PSR?Pressure-State-Response?model,and the principal component analysis method was used to calculate the comprehensive assessment value of the environmental state of each city in Sichuan Province from 2015 to 2017.The main conclusions of this article are as follows:?1?From 2015 to 2017,21 cities in Sichuan Province had the most serious air pollution in Chengdu,and the lightest was Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture;the air quality index?AQI?between the three regions in Sichuan Province The ranking is:South Sichuan Economic Zone>Northeast Sichuan Economic Zone>West Sichuan Economic Zone.?2?During the study period,there were 6 cities and prefectures in 21 cities and prefectures in Sichuan Province where the average annual PM2.5mass concentration value reached national standards;6 cities and prefectures in which PM10annual average concentration concentration values?reached national standards;The annual average mass concentration value of SO2all cities in Sichuan Province have reached the national standard;The annual average mass concentration value of NO2except Chengdu has reached the national standard;the average daily mass concentration value of CO all cities All to the standard.At the same time,the six kinds of air pollutants all show a trend of decreasing year by year,which reflects the strict control and timely and effective anti-pollution and pollution prevention measures implemented by the country on air pollution emissions from an objective perspective.?3?From the perspective of seasonal seasons,the worst air quality index?AQI?in the year is the spring and winter seasons,and the air quality in the summer and autumn seasons is relatively good,while the concentrations of the six air pollutants all show different seasons Characteristic law,the seasonal average of PM2.5,PM10,SO2and NO2mass concentration is:winter>spring>autumn>summer,the seasonal average of CO mass concentration is:winter>autumn>spring>summer,and the concentration of O3mass concentration is The seasonal mean is:summer>spring>autumn>winter.?4?The correlation between meteorological factors and topographic factors and atmospheric environmental quality index is analyzed.The analysis found that the average temperature was negatively correlated with AQI;the precipitation was negatively correlated with AQI;the relative humidity was positively correlated with AQI;the average wind speed was negatively correlated with AQI.The average elevation and AQI show a significant negative correlation.?5?Based on the PSR model,the environmental status evaluation system of each city in Sichuan Province was constructed.The system is mainly composed of three layers:pressure layer,state layer and response layer.The calculation results using principal component analysis show that the weights of the three levels are 0.4824,0.261,and 0.1207,which shows that there is a more obvious primary and secondary relationship between the pressure layer,the status layer and the response layer This kind of change will cause a greater degree of change in the entire system,which belongs to a higher sensitivity level.Judging from the results of the various cities in Sichuan Province,the western Sichuan and northeastern Sichuan economic zones are facing great pressure on air pollution.Although cities with better overall economic strength are facing more severe air pollution problems,relevant government departments have also implemented a A series of timely and effective anti-pollution and pollution management measures.
