Research On Environmental Cost Control Of Steel Enterprises Based On Green Supply Chain

With the rapid development of economy,the environmental problem has become a serious problem that cannot be ignored.The current environmental protection law is known as the "strictest environmental protection law in history".On the one hand,enterprises pursue economic benefits,and on the other hand,one-sided pursuit of economic benefits leads to the increase of environmental risks and environmental costs.In this era when the steel industry is facing the pressure of cutting capacity and increasingly strict environmental supervision,both the government and consumers have put forward strict environmental protection requirements on the production and products of steel enterprises,and the simple end treatment method has been unable to meet such requirements.In order to realize the green and sustainable development of enterprises,iron and steel enterprises have to introduce advanced technology to improve the production process.Adopt new methods to control environmental cost;establish perfect system to enhance the effect of environmental cost control.In this article,through access to a large number of literature and theory,developed a steel enterprise environment cost control based on the theory of the green supply chain system,the whole process of iron and steel enterprises can be divided into procurement,manufacturing,marketing and circulation,optimize the each link on the basis of the theory of green supply chain,so as to improve each link of greening,thereby reducing iron and steel enterprises in the later stage of environmental cost,the proportion of positive to in advance,matter controls,so as to achieve the unification of the economic benefit,environmental benefit and social benefit.Taking A steel enterprise as an example,this paper firstly analyzes the existing environmental cost control system of A steel company,and finds the deficiencies of the environmental cost control system of A steel company by calculating the ecological efficiency index of A steel company over the years and comparing it with Bao Gang,which has relatively excellent environmental management and operation status in the industry.Then,according to the previous environmental cost control system based on the green supply chain,the environmental cost control system of A steel company is optimized,so as to promote the green and sustainable development of A steel company.At the same time,we hope to help steel enterprises not only pay attention to environmental costs,but also improve their ability to control environmental costs in the future.
