With the improvement of China's economic development level,more and more attention has been paid to the negative impact of economic development on the ecological environment.Coal industry is the basic industry in China,which provides power guarantee for the production and operation of most enterprises.However,due to the negative impact of coal production and use on the ecological environment,the state has made certain requirements on the production and operation of coal enterprises,which also makes the development of the whole coal industry into a downturn.In order to meet the national environmental protection regulations,the coal industry began to transform,focusing on green environmental protection products.In the process of transformation of the industry,coal enterprises are facing great pressure.At the same time,due to the existence of overcapacity within the industry,the industry internal competition is also very fierce.Therefore,it is necessary for coal enterprises to formulate scientific competition strategy and improve their own competitiveness.In this paper,based on the existing research results,taking Pingdingshan Coal Group as the research object,using the methods of literature research and case analysis,starting from the competitive strategy theory,using PEST?SWOT?QSPM and other analysis tools to analyze its development strategy.Through the analysis,it is found that the main advantages of Pingdingshan Coal Group are large scale,the main disadvantage is the heavy burden of the enterprise,the main threat is the fierce industry competition,and the main opportunity for the enterprise development is that the economy is in an important strategic opportunity period.Combined with the development vision of Pingdingshan group,the differentiation strategy is finally determined as the future competitive strategy of Pingdingshan group.At the same time,it is pointed out that the specific implementation plan of Pingdingshan Coal Group's differentiation strategy includes strengthening the organization and leadership in the process of strategy implementation,adhering to the enterprise policy guidance in the process of strategy implementation,optimizing human resource management in the process of strategy implementation,fund guarantee in the implementation process of strategy,improving the technical level and R & D ability in the process of strategy implementation,and paying attention to the implementation process of strategy Enterprise culture construction and other measures.
