Research On The Innovative Application Of Hunan Embroidery Elements Travel Goods

With the rapid development of China’s economy and the improvement of people’s life quality,business trip and travel have become an important part of people’s modern life.The prosperity of travel and travel market greatly drives the huge demand of travel goods market.At present,there are many kinds of travel goods in the market,but most of them lack design sense and personality,and the homogenization phenomenon is serious.Hunan embroidery is one of the excellent traditional handicrafts in China.It contains rich artistic features,exquisite production technology and profound cultural connotation.It is the source for designers to extract design elements and obtain creative inspiration.The focus of this study is the innovative application of Hunan embroidery elements in the brand-new expression carrier of travel goods.Through the research and analysis of the types of travel goods,market demand and the current market situation of Hunan embroidery products,combined with the characteristics of theme patterns,colors,materials and needling techniques of Hunan embroidery elements,this paper changes the inherent form of traditional Hunan embroidery that only has hanging or placing in people’s impression,and explores the design principles of Yuan embroidery travel articles.Based on the theme,pattern and needling characteristics of Hunan embroidery,two series of innovative applications of "between water and clouds" and "fragrance" are carried out,which can inject artistic and cultural features into the travel products and give them more added value."Between waterclouds" series combines the theme characteristics of Hunan embroidery in many historical stages.By deconstructing and refining the water map of Ma Yuan in the Southern Song Dynasty,it integrates the typical patterns of cloud patterns in the embroidery of Mawangdui Han tomb,which is the source of Hunan embroidery.It adopts a variety of composition forms with "subtraction" to highlight the beauty of Hunan embroidery skills with various needling methods,such as swimming needle to express the freedom in travel The free and easy mood and good wishes coincide with the meaning of travel."Between waterclouds" series,based on the application of popular travel articles and Hunan embroidery carrier,innovates and applies 11 products including travel comfort articles,travel storage articles,travel daily necessities and travel auxiliary articles."Fragrance" series for consumers who love traditional Hunan embroidery art,mainly carries on the design and application of travel comfort products based on carrier innovation.Hunan embroidery has a good reputation of "embroidery can produce fragrance" since ancient times.This series selects peony and butterfly,which are loved by embroidery workers and consumers,to highlight the delicate beauty of traditional Hunan embroidery on the basis of carrier innovation;it expresses the meaning of "if you are in full bloom,butterfly comes from you",implying growth,experience and sublimation in the process of travel,so that life can reveal fragrance.At the same time,the seal art is integrated into it to show the unique style of combination of "poetry,calligraphy,embroidery and printing" in Hunan embroidery.The transformation of Hunan embroidery from traditional handicrafts to travel goods under market demand can not only enhance the artistic beauty and cultural connotation of travel articles,but also inject vitality into Hunan embroidery with the help of the development of travel articles,make traditional handicraft adapt to market demand,link modern life,and promote Hunan embroidery as a "walking card".At the same time,it is hoped that this study can provide valuable reference for the inheritance and development of Hunan embroidery and the design innovation of travel articles.
