Research On The Innovative Application Of Urat Embroidery In Modern Womenswear Design

With the rapid development of China’s modern clothing industry,the design and production of women’s clothing in China has also entered the fast lane of development,and at the same time,consumers’ pursuit of fashion and artistic taste for women’s wear design is also stronger.Therefore,the innovative design methods used by designers when designing women’s clothing are more diverse,and the design elements excavated and applied are also richer.The traditional costumes of various ethnic groups in China contain rich cultural and artistic characteristics,and have become an important design element of modern women’s clothing creative design.Mongolian embroidery is a national intangible cultural heritage,while Urartian embroidery is an important part of Mongolian embroidery,which has more than 800 years of development and inheritance history,and is an autonomous region-level intangible cultural heritage,with deep cultural connotation,distinctive artistic characteristics,and high inheritance and innovative application value.Exploring the inheritance path of Urartian embroidery art and studying the innovative application methods of Urartian embroidery art in modern womenswear design is undoubtedly a very meaningful work,and it is also the main content of the research and design practice of this thesis.In this thesis research and design practice,we interviewed a number of non-genetic inheritors of Urartian embroidery,and systematically summarized the artistic characteristics and cultural connotations of Urartian embroidery.On the basis of research on the pattern characteristics,color matching,composition form and craft techniques of Urartian traditional embroidery,the traditional embroidery art characteristics are integrated with the formal beauty composed of modern patterns to design patterns suitable for application in modern women’s clothing,and at the same time combine the traditional handicraft of Urartian embroidery with modern clothing technology,and apply it in the design works of the modern women’s wear "Embroidered Beauty Shadow" series.This design practice,while enriching the research of Urartian embroidery related fields,provides a feasible scheme for the inheritance of traditional embroidery skills of Urart,and at the same time provides methods and ideas for reference for the innovative design of women’s clothing with ethnic characteristics,helping to promote the innovative inheritance and development of Chinese excellent traditional culture.
