As an important basic raw material for the construction of national economic,cement has made great contribution to the great achievements of China's construction.Over the years,cement production capacity has been growing,and the contradiction with the economic development in the new era has become increasingly prominent.In essence,the root of enterprise competition is for customers.It is very important to explore high-quality and key customer resources to promote the core competitiveness and maintain the sustainable development of enterprises.Key customer management is a complicated task,especially under the competitive situation of product homogenization,which will face many difficulties.This paper intends to analyze the key issues of key customer management in cement enterprises,design practical and feasible optimization,and guarantee measures,to provide reference for cement enterprises key customer management scheme,to obtain more practical guidance in key customer management.At the same time,by analyzing the internal management process,gradually shift to the direction of standardized,transparency and informationalized management,and standardized,flexible,and efficient service,to improve the operating efficiency and market competitiveness of cement enterprises.First of all,this paper sorts out the related research results at home and abroad,defines the related concepts,and expounds the related theories of the key customer management.It analyzes the current situation of key customer management of JD Cement Shaanxi Company,introduces JD Cement Shaanxi Company profile and Key customer management situation.Through the investigation of JD Cement Shaanxi Company's management of key customers,it was found that the maintenance of key customer relationship is superficial,the service awareness of key customers is weak,the construction of talent echelon is unreasonable,and the value of key customers deep excavation is not enough and so on.This paper also analyzes the causes of these problems,and puts forward some proposals such as establishing and optimizing the identification system of the key customers,building efficient management team of the key customers,optimizing the maintenance scheme of key customer relationship,perfecting key customer intelligent information management system and other programs.In view of the implementation of the optimized scheme of JD Cement Shaanxi Company,it is proposed to build a stable and professional key customer service team,build a corporate culture of full staff key customer service,improve key customer management systems and establish key customer risk prevention mechanisms and other safeguards.Key customer Management is the key factor for cement enterprises to improve their comprehensive competitive strength.In order to avoid market competition effectively,it is necessary to improve the level of key customer management.The paper proposes to identify key customers,enhance the flexibility of the organization,optimize the after-sales service system,and share business operating system with customers,etc,which has important reference value for increasing the operating benefit and reducing customer costs,and strong guidance and application value for the standardization and high efficiency of the cement enterprise's key customer management.
