The salary expectations of the middle-level managers differ a lot from the senior managers and the junior employees in SG company.However,their working enthusiasm may not grow with their salary increase,and there may also be some inequality in the salary distributions.SG company is now in facing with a series of problems like how to improve the efficiency,satisfaction and loyalty of employees by a scientific salary management.Under such circumstances,this thesis shows that some problems are existing in SG company after a thorough study of middle-level managers' salary management based on the related theory of salary incentive mechanism and middle-level management.In order to solve these problems,this thesis firstly collected some relevant theories using the method of literature reorganizing.Then,based on these theories,the thesis researched and analyzed the implement of the middle-level managers' salary management in SG company by using the methods of theory analysis and field investigation.Finally,the thesis tried to analyze and define the effective factors that influence the middle-level manager's salary management from multiple perspectives through using the theories of Clayton.Alderfer and Fredrick Herzberg as the guidance in order to propose the optimized projects on the efficiency of the middle-level managers' salary management in SG,and in the meantime,to propose feasible suggestions for SG company to carry out these projects.The meanings of this thesis lie in the following two scopes: firstly,the study enriches the theoretical approaches on the analysis of the salary management of middle-level managers in manufacturing enterprise.Secondly,the thesis serves as a case study for the improvement on the efficiency of middle-level managers' salary management,and the optimized management offers the guarantee for the recruiting and stimulating of employees.In addition,the study lay the foundation for the further development of SG company.
