At present,artificial intelligence and big data are being widely used in all walks of life.With the emergence and development of emerging concepts such as block chain and Internet of Things,the concept of supply chain has generally become the basic concept of enterprise management.Therefore,supply chain management has also entered a new era of intelligent management.The concept of "modern supply chain" was first put forward by the CPC Central Committee at the 19 th National Congress,which not only reflects the historical background of innovative development of supply chain,but also emphasizes the important role of modern supply chain in macroeconomic development.Therefore,in order to improve the cost advantage,response speed and coordination of global procurement,to implement the supply chain globalization strategy,to achieve resource integration globally,and to have a reliable and competitive supplier network,trans-regional procurement has become an important strategy for multinational enterprises to enhance their market competitiveness.The research object of this paper is BMS global supply chain,firstly,this paper summarizes the current research situation of supply chain management,performance evaluation research at home and abroad,then summarizes the theoretical basis of balanced scorecard.Secondly,it gives an overview of BMS business,development prospects,corporate culture,etc.,and analyzes the existing problems of BMS supply chain.Then,the BMS supply chain performance evaluation index system is designed by using BSC based on the actual problems existing in BMS supply chain.The paper constructs a set of performance evaluation index system suitable for the current situation and aiming at the whole chain after the supply chain integration.There are 4 first-level indicators and totally 15 secondary indicators under all dimensions.Five secondary indexes under the customer's dimension item(on time delivery rate,time flexible,customer satisfaction on product quality,customer satisfaction on price,customer satisfaction on service quality),4 secondary index under business process dimension(product rework rate,slow moving material rate,message on time deliver rate,LT optimization rate),4 secondary index items under learning and growth dimension(training rate of supply chain philosophy for employees,the degree of supply chain informatization,the improvement efficiency of supply chain process,the production rate of new products).2 secondary indicators under the financial dimension(inventory turnover,the ratio of supply chain cost to revenue).Then,calculate the weight of the selected first-level index and second-level index individually by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process.Obtain the BMS supply chain performance evaluation index system.Finally,the above supply chain evaluation index system is used to comprehensively evaluate the supply chain performance of BMS Company,and various strategies and Suggestions are proposed according to the evaluation results,such as to strengthen the management of non-active components to reduce the rate of inert materials,increase the information transmission on time rate,and improve the inventory turnover rate therefore to reduce the entire cost of supply chain.The study on BMS global supply chain performance evaluation is conducive to BMS global supply chain management,which can timely find problems and adjust strategies in response to the fierce competition and volatile market,so as to improve the supply chain management level and customer satisfaction.It not only makes customers satisfied,but also enhances the corporate image and market competitiveness of BMS.
