With the rapid development of modern production,the demand for energy is increasing.Natural gas is an important part of the energy structure,among which,shale gas has a solid material foundation for the sustainable development of natural gas.However,the geological conditions of shale gas are complex and special,and its distribution is wide and its abundance is low.Therefore,it is necessary to test the content of natural gas in core samples before using special means of exploitation,so as to judge whether it has exploitation value.In this paper,based on the traditional drainage and gas gathering method to measure the gas evolution,the single-chip microcomputer technology is applied to the test system.I choose the high-performance single-chip microcomputer as the core processor,using its high-speed data processing ability,and using the stepper motor and screw nut as the driving system,using various sensors for signal acquisition,test data from the single chip through Bluetooth The machine is transmitted to the computer in real time,which greatly reduces the labor intensity,improves the efficiency,realizes the unmanned automatic test monitoring,and also ensures the accuracy and stability of the measurement.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)To understand the status quo of shale gas research and development at home and abroad,collect and sort out the relevant data needed in this design.Through the understanding and analysis of these data,master the knowledge involved in the design of shale gas production test system,accumulate certain theoretical basis for the system design,and complete the design of shale gas production test system under the guidance of theory.(2)The overall scheme of shale gas production test system is designed and the hardware platform is selected.Through the analysis of the working principle of the test system and the functions to be realized,the main mechanical structure design of the instrument,the size design and calculation of key parts,the selection of the purchased parts such as stepper motor and driver are determined.The ball screw is used to replace the traditional pulling rope,and the finite element analysis is carried out on the ball screw,and the internal stress is studied.The results show that the ball screw design and material selection are feasible All of them meet the requirements.(3)The hardware system of shale gas production measurement system is designed.It mainly includes the selection of microprocessor,the selection of corresponding pressure sensor module,temperature sensor module.LCD module,etc.the hardware circuit of shale gas gas production measurement system is designed,including the design of STC89C58RD+core circuit and other peripheral modules with important functions.Finally,the hardware platform of the control system is built,and the circuit diagram and PCB board are designed.(4)The software of shale gas production testing system is designed.Based on Keil C51 integrated development environment,complete the software programming of each software module,divide the task of application program,and complete the design of each task program.(5)The shale gas production test system is tested.First of all,the test system program is tested,and then through the experiment and uncertainty evaluation,it is confirmed that the system has reached the expected performance requirements.However,due to the lack of knowledge and experience in this aspect,there are many aspects of shale gas production test system that need further improvement.
