Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has continued to develop in a healthy manner,of which industry is the mainstay of China's economic growth. In the process of rapid industrial development in China,a large number of"three wastes"pollutants have inevitably caused a certain degree of pollution to the atmospheric environment. In recent years, the problem of atmospheric pollution has become a hot issue of concern. For atmospheric pollution, trace gas sulfur dioxide?SO2?is one of the important pollution sources of atmospheric pollution, and it is an important component of the atmospheric events such as acid rain and haze.At the same time, the atmospheric SO2 is closely related to the surface SO2 anthropogenic emissions, especially, the secondary industry produce a large amount of SO2.Studying the influence of industrial structure on the spatial and temporal distribution of atmospheric SO2 can provide a reference for industrial structure adjustment and optimization of environmental quality. In this paper, the North China includes five provinces?municipalities, autonomous regions?,which suffer from heavily polluted in recent years, are selected as the study area. The OMI SO2 remote sensing data is used to obtain the SO2 column concentration value in the atmospheric boundary layer.Using the Hurst index to analyze the temporal and spatial distribution of SO2 in the atmospheric boundary layer of the study area;Statistics of SO 2 emissions based on prefecture-level cities?states, leagues?,obtain the temporal-spatial distribution of SO2 emissions under man-made conditions; And use the data of the primary, secondary and tertiary industries and partial industrial output data of each basic unit obtained from the statistical yearbook to sort out the spatial distribution of the industrial structure in North China.Based on the analysis of the correlation between atmospheric boundary layer SO2 and anthropogenic emissions of SO2,the influence of industrial structure adjustment on the distribution of SO2 was explored by the Spearman correlation analysis method;Analyze the spatial distribution characteristics of industrial output value in North China, and use the decoupling index analysis method to explore the relationship between industrial development level and SO2 emissions. The conclusions can be drawn as follows:?1?The concentration of SO2 column in the atmospheric boundary layer in North China showed a distribution pattern of high in the south and low in the north. The amounts change during the year changes in the order of winter>autumn>spring>summer.During the period from 2008 to 2017,SO2 in the atmospheric boundary layer in North China showed a significant downward trend. The average Hurst index is 0.585,indicating that the temporal and spatial distribution of SO2 in the atmospheric boundary layer in North China has a trend of positive characteristics stronger than reverse characteristics. In particular, the downward trend in southern North China is more obvious.?2?The spatial distribution of ground-level SO2 anthropogenic emissions in North China showed an agglomeration state, with Tianjin and Tangshan as the center gradually expanding outward; From 2008 to 2017,the anthropogenic SO2 emissions in North China decreased year by year.Correlation analysis of anthropogenic SO2 and surface SO2 anthropogenic emissions shows that there is a significant positive correlation between the two.?3?The spatial distribution of industrial output value in North China showed a high level in the south and a low level in the north. It increased year by year from 2008 to2017,and the growth rate was relatively fast. The output value of the primary and secondary industries and the industrial output value are positively correlated with the anthropogenic SO2 emissions on the ground and the SO2 column concentration values in the atmospheric boundary layer. And the secondary industry has a significant impact on the anthropogenic SO2 emissions on the ground and the increase and decrease of SO2column concentration values in the atmospheric boundary layer; The tertiary industry output value is negatively related to the surface anthropogenic SO2 emissions and the atmospheric boundary layer SO2 column concentration values.?4?The distribution of industrial output value in North China is high in the south and low in the north. From 2008 to 2017,the industrial output value increased year by year, with a rapid growth rate.Analysis of the decoupling index of key cities such as Beijing and Tianjin shows that the level of industrial development and the level of SO2pollution have basically reached an absolute decoupling state. It shows that the trend of sustainable development is presented over a long time series.Reasonably adjust the proportion of the secondary industry structure. In particular, the structural proportion of high-load SO2 emission sectors in the industrial industry can reduce ground SO2emissions and optimize the atmospheric environment.
